STUDIO
As Yeri took a water flask to water the plants in the studio, Seulgi stood by his side, holding a cup of coffee while chatting with him. When Lisa drove through the industrial park's entrance, the 2 studio employees spotted his car through the studio's glass window from afar.
"Hey, Yeri. That looks like boss." Seulgi pointed outside of the window.
Yeri lifted his head up to take a look before huffing, "It's only been one weekend and you could no longer recognize boss?"
"No, look... boss seems different today." Seulgi replied.
"Isn't it just a change of his fashion style?" Yeri stood up. He could not resist adding on, "Don't you think that boss seems like he has become younger by at least 5 years just by changing his clothes? He looks just like a university student now. His disposition felt like it had gone through a 180 degree change."
The studio was located at the southwest corner of the industrial park. Just outside the studio was a scenic garden arranged by the park management. Due to the utmost care and efforts of the gardener, the garden was lush and flourishing with beautiful flowers blooming throughout each season. It was bright and sunny that day. Lisa leisurely walked towards the studio, dressed in an off-white casual sweater complemented with a pair of light-coloured jeans. On his feet was a pair of white sport shoes. Besides his outfit, he did not wear any form of accessories from head to toe, giving off a clean and refreshing look. He looked like a young man walking out from a manga scene.
"Right, it's his disposition." Seulgi finally caught the main point. He slapped his leg hard and remarked, "Boss doesn't look menacing anymore."
"Hm? Hm!" Yeri also quickly caught onto the fact. He opened his eyes wide instantly. "Oh wow. It's true. Why doesn't boss look scary anymore?"
"What are the both of you shouting about?" Wendy heard them and walked over with a cup of coffee in his hand. He followed their line of sight and looked out of the window, following which, he exclaimed in shock, "Wow! That's boss?"
The young man that was walking towards the studio elegantly was their temperamental, sardonic, and cold-blooded boss?
Just at this moment, Lisa reached the entrance of the studio. He pushed the door open and swept his eyes through the surroundings. He then spotted the dumbfounded trio stoning at the french windows. He furrowed his brows and asked, "Where's Jisoo?"
Just as he furrowed his brows, Lisa's usual aura that the 3 editors were familiar with, returned. Sensing the familiar gloominess coming from Lisa, the 3 editors somehow felt a sense of relief.
"Lil' Jisoo is here already. He should be in the toilet." Yeri explained.
Right at this moment, Jisoo's voice could be heard coming from the direction of the toilet as he walked towards them. He seemed to be arguing with someone with his voice raised.
"What's wrong with me taking on missions? Why can't I take a mission? I'm also a member of the association. I have the right to accept missions on the association site. Why is it that you can accept them, but I can't? What do you mean I can't complete missions? I haven't even started on them yet. How do you know that I won't be able to complete them? Let me tell you, Xu Wei, I'm accepting this mission no matter what. You just wait to be gobsmacked by me."
It seemed that Jisoo was extremely furious as he ended the call fiercely. He then lifted his head to find 4 pairs of eyes staring straight at him.
"Bo-...boss, good morning." Jisoo became slightly flustered after seeing Lisa.
"This is for you." Lisa went straight to the point and dug out a palm-sized doll from his pocket.
Irene had long ago sent Jisoo a message to update him on the situation. Therefore, Jisoo naturally knew who was in that doll. He immediately brisk walked forward and accepted the doll. "Thank you boss."
