THE NEXT DAY
The morning breeze blew the closed curtains slightly apart, revealing gentle rays of sunlight which illuminated the pair of entwined bodies on the bed. On the midnight-blue bed sheets, 2 snow-white arms-one slightly bigger than the other-were curled up together. The contrast of their arms' complexion on the bed sheets was extremely vivid.
"Hm?" Suddenly, the sound-asleep girl seemed to have been woken up by the rays of light that crept in. She tried to retract her hand to block out the oncoming brightness but the other hand-bigger than hers-held hers tightly, causing her to fail in doing so. It was fortunate that the girl was extremely tired and was not fully awakened by the passing gleam of light.
Lisa glanced at the curtains, feeling somewhat annoyed that he did not secure the balcony curtains tightly the night before. Though it was not like he had the opportunity to do so in yesterday's circumstances. Thinking about the night before, his lips crinkled up slightly and warmth radiated from his eyes. If he had the ability to have sweet dreams, last night was probably one of them. He lowered his head and planted a gentle kiss on the fair-skinned forehead of the girl, who was in his embrace currently.
It was getting quite late. He should get up and prepare breakfast for Irene. They did so much 'exercise' yesterday night so this little glutton would definitely be hungry. However, he could not bear to separate himself from her at this moment.
This was the first time he felt so conflicted about getting out of bed. The entire time his thoughts remained conflicted, he did not move to get out of bed. Instead, he buried the girl even deeper into his arms to feel her soft and warm breaths as an accompaniment to his heartbeats against his chest.
This was his girl. One that belonged only to him.
Both of them remained in the other's embrace for quite some time until a point whereby Lisa felt the pace of the breaths against his chest suddenly quickening-he knew that the girl in his arms had awakened.
He lowered his head to look at her and saw that her eyes remained shut. Even though she was so nervous that her eyelashes were trembling, she still refused to open her eyes. He chuckled at the sight but did not unmask her as he continued to gaze at her.
Irene was an impetuous person. Feigning sleep for a minute or 2 was still alright for her, however she could not keep up with this act for an extended period of time. Not to mention that she felt extremely ravenous at the moment.
Her dearest husband should not feel upset at her actions last night, would he? Not only did she conspire to rob him of his innocence, she had been rough with him too. She tore his pyjamas' buttons out when taking off his clothes yesterday. He also struggled when she was trying to tackle his pants. Ultimately, his pants were mercilessly pulled down by her.
Sobs. If she knew this would happen, she would not have drunk alcohol. The drunken her only had her target in mind, but no notions of tenderness. Would her dearest husband think that she was only a pervert lusting after his looks?
Oh well, she could revisit the matter again after waking up. Simply lying here would not solve any problems.
After mentally preparing herself, Irene secretly opened one of her eyes first before opening the other. After that, she lifted her head gingerly in an attempt to check on Lisa's condition first. However, who knew that as soon as she lifted her head up, she was met with Lisa's expression that seemingly held a smile.
"My dearest husband, you're awake." She felt guilty the moment she faced Lisa.
"Hm." Lisa could tell from her expression that she was feeling guilty. An idea hit him and so he responded to her in a collected manner.
