I stood outside the front of our class' agency, the dark night sky above me.
Four flags pinned to the ground surrounded me in a large circle, almost reaching the front gate. Ever since I figured out I could manipulate time with just my mind, I've practiced immensely on increasing the range and time I can use my Quirk. Right now, I was trying to hold the flags blowing in the wind for 20 seconds, which goes way past my limit.
I blended incredibly well into the night with my black Sailor Moon short dress. The top had thick straps with yellow straps folding over my shoulders. On the torso read Sailor Moon in yellow. Above the title had Luna sitting on the moon and underneath the title had stars going vertically downwards, all in yellow. The skirt was poofy with yellow faded crescent moons, due to the black felt over the skirt, decorated all across the dress. My flats had shiny black material on the sides. The front was made of black felt, cut out for it to have cat ears with the Moon Kingdom symbol in gold, symbolizing Luna. My purse was black with a gold chain and the Moon Healing Escalation rod in gold as the locket. Lastly, my hair was in two low pigtails. I also wore a strap around my waist to hold my Time Shield, though I don't intend to use it... but it didn't hurt to have it with me during training.

This time, I was only able to hold my Quirk on for thirteen seconds. And don't get me wrong, it wasn't a small circle.
Ignoring my urge to pass out, I continued pressing on, incredibly determined to increase my limit.
