Two Heroes - Chapter 3: Celebration Gone Wrong

3rd Person POV

Once the two best friends reached their hotel, Vanessa basically ran up the stairs and unlocked their room door. She then rushed to the closet and pulled out her and Miku's dresses, who had just walked in. "Vanessa, we have an hour and a half to get ready— You don't need to be in such a rush." Vanessa sighed with a scoff, and threw Miku's dress at her. "Don't care! You know me— We're getting there early!" Miku playfully rolled her eyes with snark, and she stepped into the bathroom to take off her makeup.

Vanessa's dress was a baby blue that went halfway down her thighs. It had a plunging-V neckline and a laced back. There were blue butterflies decorated around the waist, shoulder straps, and other parts of the dress. She wore her hair up in a high bun with a hairclip with three blue butterflies in the center of the bun. She also had a necklace with a few white beads and dangling silver butterfly earrings. Her high heels were four inches and silver with a strap wrapped around the ankle and toes, also showing her foot. She also still wore her heart ring on her left middle finger, like she always did every day. She finally placed her drawing board and pencil in a silver Michael Kors purse. If there was one thing everyone knew about Vanessa, it's that she never went anywhere without her drawing board and pencil.
