Chapter 121: Difficult Battle, Difficult Choices

3rd Person POV

While the 1-A students were helping with the evacuation, Midoriya was hunched over in pure shock.

He felt it.

He's coming... He's coming!

"If anyone in this neighbourhood can't get up and out on their own, please let us know!" Burnin' shouted as loud as she could, "There's a chance that this entire city will be a counter-villain battle zone!!

"Shuttles will take you from here! Get outta this city!" Bakugo aggressively told the citizens as Todoroki was showing them to the exit. "Thank you, young man. Here— Have a chocolate bun." an old lady handed the hot headed teen the treat with a happy smile on her face.

"It'll just make my mouth dry!" Bakugo spat back with fully white eyes, "Forget that crap and get—!" "Thank you, ma'am! He'll gladly take it!" Miku cut off the sandy blond and quickly accepted the gift, taking the bun into her own hands. Bakugo glared at his girlfriend as an 'irk' mark appeared on his forehead.

Miku chuckled in embarrassment before she firmly bowed, "I'm sorry about my boyfriend's behaviour. I'll make sure to keep him in check." "Oh, your boyfriend?" The old woman replied in surprise. She then turned to look at the sandy blond who was still fuming with white eyes.

"You have such a lovely girl, young man. Make sure to take care of her." the old lady sweetly told him, and his anger slowly started to fade as he thought about the old woman's words. He glanced over to Miku who was handing the chocolate bun to Vanessa, and soon enough the brunette was munching on it with a dumb grin. Ochaco and Tsuyu, who were beside her, were shocked at how fast she could eat.

... Bakugo gently smiled, "Yeah. I will."

"There's a manuscript on paper that I haven't submitted yet... so don't destroy my workplace, okay?" A civilian worriedly told Iida, who was leading them to the exit with his usual chopping-motioned hands. "We will preserve and protect your precious manuscript, sir!"

A little girl admired the cats and dogs that were following Koda. A bird now swooped in and informed Koda about the fifth ward. "Thank you, little one." He replied before announcing, "The fifth ward is completely evacuated!"

"Our group is finished too!" The pro hero flying alongside Nejire added. "We're going to check every single building to ensure that nobody has been left behind in senior homes and apartments!" Iida informed the group.

He's coming.

Todoroki suddenly noticed Vanessa staring at their green haired classmate in pure worry, since he was staring at the ground with his shoulders slouched, holding himself in his arms. He then understood that she was too nervous to speak up, and so he did. "Midoriya? What is it?" "Slacking off, huh?! What's your excuse this time?!" Bakugo taunted Midoriya, earning him a smack through the skull from Miku.

Stop him.

Midoriya instantly began to sweat when he noticed that the voice speaking to him belonged to the first possessor of One For All.

"Deku...?" Ochaco called his name in worry, concern filling her chocolate eyes. Midoriya's eyes drastically widened in fear as he held his stomach with his hands. He looked at the hospital sitting on the faraway hill.

Freed from the shackles of humanity, his power now swells.

... Is coming

"The hospital..." Midoriya muttered, his voice full of fear. Todoroki, Vanessa, Miku, Ochaco, and Tsuyu worriedly looked at Midoriya, and soon Bakugo quickly snapped his gaze towards the hospital building.
