3rd Person POV

It was now the end of March... and the single day that heroes vanished from the city.

All the students from Class 1-A of U.A. High School were going to the same place for their work studies, which stirred confusion amongst the students. Eventually, some of the students from 1-A were gathered into the same group alongside their bosses and other heroes. They all stood on a hill in front of Jaku City.

"They're heroes in those foothills!" Burnin' pointed to the city in front of the group. "We're gonna back them up and help evacuate the city!"

"You sure you will be okay, love?" Todoroki turned to Vanessa who stood next to him. He placed his hand on her shoulder, staring at her in worry. Nevertheless, the brunette gave him a soft smile, "Of course, Shoto." She then smiled brightly and gave him a thumbs-up, "The doctor said my leg is as good as new! Well, not as good as new but... still as good as before Chisaki!"

"Alright." He calmly smiled and gave her a few head pats, making her hum sweetly in delight. He trusted her words. But even so, he felt super uneasy. He couldn't stop thinking about his last dream-'interaction' with that angel made of paper.

Why does the lady remind me of Vanessa? He wondered to himself, but then quickly refuted the fact and came to the conclusion that this was just his mind playing tricks on him.

It couldn't possibly be her. Those types of dreams don't exist in real life. Only in fiction. Don't be ridiculous, Shoto.

He glanced over to Vanessa who was staring into space emotionlessly, mentally preparing herself for what was to come.

... Todoroki clenched his hands into fists at his sides as he watched her.

Besides, even if that was somehow in some way a warning, there's nothing to worry about because I will protect her.

No matter who or what gets thrown at us.

"That warp Quirk is one to be feared... but the one who wields it is in the hospital. Once their escape route is blocked, the others will have nowhere to run." Honenuki told Komori as he patted the top of her head. The two were in the front lines.

"Should we really be here?" Komori worried, her hands clenched together to her chest, "Didn't the League of Villains attack U.A.?" "They've gotten too powerful..." Midnight spoke up, shocking both the short girl and Honenuki.

"Given how much power Shigaraki's gotten his hands on, he's closer than ever to accomplishing his ultimate goal. It's not just you kids who are in danger anymore. But don't worry! We just need your help for this initial stage! Then you can retreat to safety." she reassured them, however this Kaminari panic with a scream, "Why'm I on the front lines, though?! I'm really missing those guys! I miss Class AAAA!!" he whined, causing Kyoka to eye him in annoyance.

"They're moving in!" Burnin' exclaimed when she suddenly got word from the top-notch pro heroes that went into the hospital where Dr. Garaki and other villains were. "That's our cue!" Burnin' stated and Midoriya, Bakugo, Todoroki, Miku, Vanessa, and the others followed her to the city, "Move to your assigned sector and get those civilians outta there!"

"Almost time. Get up, Mineta." Sero sternly told Mineta who was sitting down on a rock. The small boy shrugged, "Why? The rear guard's job is just to catch any bad guy's who slip past the front line. So getting all pumped up is actually kinda insulting to the pros, right?" "... Get up." Sero groaned with an annoyed scowl.
