CHARLOTTE'S POV

I liked how Thor could make everyone feel comfortable around him. "Anyway, remember Catherine?" I pointed at her and Thor kneeled in front of her and kissed her hand. "Wow." She said and I chuckled. "Yeah, he has that effect on women." I added as I looked back at him. "So, Odin." Thor sat on Cath's bed and we both sat on mine. "We have to fight so the rest of the kingdom sees I'm fit to be king, so I'm on my way there." Catherine and I looked at each other, confused. "Okay, but London is not on the way to Asgard." Catherine spoke and I was glad she was slowly getting comfortable around other people. "I needed to tell you that it's over in your face, I could not do it over the phone." He said straight to my face and I smiled at him. "Well, that's very considerate of you and no matter what, I will always be here for you, dork." I went to hug him and after a long kiss, he left.

"Wow." Catherine said once again. "I know." I replied. "Let's go to sleep, tomorrow, I have a very long day." After that, we finally went to bed and fell asleep immediately. I woke up when Catherine said it was time to have breakfast and I was about to get up and walk out of the room, when she took my arm. "You can't have breakfast on our pajamas." I looked at her confused as we did it back in New York. "Can I glamourize myself, then?" I asked and Catherine shrugged. She was too good for this world. "Okay, just wait for me." I got into the shower and after twenty minutes, I was out again and searched for my clothes. Once I was ready, we went to the dining room. The whole institute was arriving and that was my first lesson there. Londoners did not have breakfast on their pajamas. It was somehow shocking to see the ladies already wearing makeup or wearing suits for just being around the institute.

Everyone noticed that I was the new one, because I wore my normal clothes and just then, I felt unconfident about myself. "Hey, you're okay." Catherine said and stood by my side with her head tall. "Everyone's going to hate me more than they already do." I whispered and she just gave me that confused stare. "Right, I haven't told you about that." I let my head fall back and sighed. "We'll talk about that later; we have a tight schedule." I added as I remembered that we had three hours of training after breakfast. Unlike New York's institute, here they had not a buffet for breakfast and I did not know how to feel about it. Cath filled her plate with tons of carbs and tea as I just took some bread, milk, yoghurt and scrambled eggs and I thought I was going to puke in the training session. "You'll need more of that if you want to keep up with us." Cath said and I just nodded and stood to get more food.

"That's more like it." She added when she saw my over-filled plate. "I still think this is a bad idea." I bit my lip as I was over thinking my every move. "Charlie, relax. You're going to be okay." Cath soothed me and I sighed once again. "My whole career is at risk." I explained and she seemed to understand my worries. "I'm on probation for a month, if I don't fit in the institute, I'm gone." Cath was the one freaking out now. "That's not fair, at all. Like, why would they give me you if they are going to kick you out?" Her breathing was fast and I realized that she was about to have a panic attack. I activated her bravery rune as I soothed her fears. "You really need to hold your thoughts. If we're going on missions, I can't lose my focus. I love you, but I won't risk my job. At least, not this soon." Cath giggled and relaxed right in front of me. "Since you're around, I can handle this panic attacks a lot faster than before."

We both smiled because since we met, we both were changing. After the panic attack thing, we both tried to leave behind the fact that I could potentially leave if I did not fit with them. After resting for a few minutes, we went back to our room and changed to start our training. "Go ahead and warm up while I get ready." Catherine said as I laid down on my bed with a book.
