CATHERINE'S POV

Steve's lack of knowledge of technology was in our favor, so he accepted when I told him about the drawing. As I put the sight rune on him, Charlie activated our invisibility runes. When I finished, Steve could see us, but no one else could. We got to S.H.I.E.L.D's building in DC and we followed Steve. He was escorted to the heliport. There was Agent Coulson and quickly enough, we were in the air. Steve was nervous of the crew finding us, but eventually he realized that only he could see us. We arrived to the helicarrier and of course Nat was already there. We got in and listened to everything Nick Fury was saying. "I still hear bullshit." Charlie said and I nodded. This was just too weird for what he was saying. They started searching for Loki around the globe using facial recognition. They finally came to one solid match and Charlie and I portaled to Germany. I scanned the place and saw Loki as Charlie got a hold on Clint.

"We should not go on separate ways, Charlie. I mean it." Charlie held my hands and looked at me. "It's our best shot. Don't engage, do you understand?" I nodded and we both took our invisibility out. "Be safe." We said at the same time and ran in opposite ways. We activated our intercoms. "Eyes on Loki." I said as soon as I saw him. "He looks like himself, but I can see it's not him." I added and then, it happened. Loki hurt some people with the scepter and then he took out another tool. "Clint has this tool in front of the biometric system." Charlie was explaining, when Loki put his tool on that person's eye. "By the Angel!" I said and then I just helped the rest of the people get out of there. "Clint got in and stole something. Fuckity fuck. He ran off." I followed Loki and saw how he commanded everyone to kneel for him and it was then when I realized that he was possessed. There was no way that he could be really enjoying this much pain to others.

His biggest determination was also his biggest weakness and someone had taken advantage of him. "Come here, now." I told Charlie and a few seconds later she was on the other side of the multitude. It was then, when Captain America got there and they started talking before fighting. "I'm training Steve whenever this end." I told Charlie who just laughed. When Iron-Man got there, we knew the fight was over and Loki did too. We put the invisibility on again and we got onto the quinjet. Steve was worried that it had been too easy and Charlie was sat next to Loki, who was really quiet. "What's going on, Loki? We thought you were dead?" Charlie spoke to him and he was about to answer when we heard it. It was then, when the lightning started and I looked at Charlie. Loki seemed afraid and then, we heard him. Tony opened the door to investigate what happened and Thor got in and I saw Charlie fall into pieces again.

Thor took Loki and Loki held Charlie's hand like he was scared of whatever Thor might do to him and then, they were gone. Tony had a tiny disagreement with Steve and got out as Steve put on a parachute. "I need a ride." I said and he held me as we jumped off the quinjet. "Why did Charlie jump off?" He asked and I furrowed my brows. "Loki took her hand and pulled her out." Steve stayed in silence for a moment. "So, that's the ex." He added and I hide my amusement. "Yeah. God of Thunder or Mighty Thor." I could feel his annoyance. "What's with her and older men?" His question made me laugh. "She likes men that know what they want or they should at their age." Steve caught the indirect and soon enough, he sighed, like he really did not know what to do with my parabatai. We finally reached the ground and found Tony and Thor fighting as Charlie was hugging Loki. Steve was confused as why Charlie was acting like that, but he just took Loki back to the quinjet.

We went down to stop the fight. "Who do you think would win, though?" Charlie questioned as we observed the fight from a tree. "Considering their fighting, none. Considering their powers, both." I laughed because she was right. Unconsciously, Thor gave Tony more energy, so he could win, so if Thor wanted to win, he had to be smart and honestly, he was not the brightest bulb.
