Ashton: When Ashton knew you were mad at him, he would give you your space, he would take a pillow and a spare duvet and sleep on the couch at night, even on freezing cold winter nights, he would brave the chill and huddle up under the covers, his teeth chattering and his body trembling, it was on nights like these when you would pad down into the living room and pull the duvet back, gently tugging him back to bed with you.
Calum: Whenever there was a huge fight, Calum wouldn't even dare to enter the bedroom, he would simply lie down on the couch and flick through the tv channels till he fell asleep, his long body cramped into the limited space the couch provided. In the morning he would wake up, his whole body stiff and aching, and he would make his way tentatively to the bedroom, here he would find you sprawled over the bed, your face buried in his pillow, he would kiss your shoulder and the back of your neck, his fingers dancing over your spine "I'm so sorry we fought baby" he would murmur as you woke up.
Michael: When Michael had done something bad, or annoyed you, or made you cry, he would always feel terrible, and he would punish himself by forcing himself to sleep on the cold couch, he would find a blanket and a pillow and he would lie down quietly, his mind whirring, he would think about you, how much he loved you, and he would wait for a long time, lying on the couch, debating whether or not to apologise to you straight away or wait till morning, and would eventually fall asleep, his arms wrapped loosely around himself.
Luke: When you were mad at him, Luke knew to steer clear, he would spend his nights on the living room couch, allowing you to have the bedroom all to yourself, you secretly hated this, but you were always to proud to say so. So Luke would spend several nights, lying in awkward positions, his long legs splayed over the arm of the couch, whilst you lay just a few feet above him, longing for his touch.
