It was a race against time at this point, as Mar'cte and I rushed at top speed to get to our location. I sent my Sire an update as well. I doubt we needed more backup but as a precautionary measure I asked if he could watch Waraxe's Ship.

I am still haunted by Chris's wails and screams. It's as if she is on the ship still crying at me...

I shake my head as I concentrate on piloting. The crew behind me were talking in low voices. They were excited about the hunt, and being with Mar'cte. They were also being as respectful as possible to me as well.

As a number of older ones who saw what happened in the past with Krysis and myself they knew why I was like this now. Honestly I was happy that Mar'cte was kicking my ass.

I checked the engines we would be making it there in 2 earth days. I hope that we make it in time and that the Oomans wouldn't move anything up! Mar'cte sent me a report that his ship was fine as well. I took a deep breath as my thoughts are so scattered I needed grounding...

I needed Chris in my life...

We were talking with the Ooman pup Tina. She was around the same size as Kiki in height. She was pretty fun to talk to as well! I can't wait till we introduce her to Kiki!

We are gonna take her, her Sire and Dr Leigh back home with us! She was worried what it was going to be like. We told her about the fun training areas, the big fields everywhere! As well as the huge trees!

Jay'Ve kepted an eye on Brother Lu'Nye as he worked to get use to his new face. He signed to us that lips were not very good at making sounds. However he did learn to click his tongue like we do mandibles.

That's how Ooma speaks to us in Yautja. We always heard the sounds but never knew how she made them! Brother said that it hurts his tongue to do it to long like that...

I wonder if Ooma is hurt as well because of that...?

I feel sad as I realize that Ooma does a lot of things to make us happy and that she is probably hurting herself self to do that. I can't believe I am so Selfish! I should have never felt lonely!

Jay'Ve looks at me "Sha'On why the sour look...?" He asks me.

Tina studies my face and looks to Jay'Ve "How do you know it's a sour look...? He just looks like he always does..." she said with an innocent question.

I want to bury myself under some blankets! Jay'Ve points out facial expressions to her as well as features and what they mean. Also speaking of blankets why do Oomans use weird materials? Furs are much more comfortable! As well as warmer!

Even though we are wearing our netting it was still chilly. I wanted to bring out the furs and snacks Ooma packed for us. Brother Lu'Nye said not to till we are back with our sire. Unless the situation was desperate and we needed food.

I wonder how the Oomas, Kiki, Grandpa and Stinky were doing. I missed them a lot! It's been a couple of days since we last saw them...it felt like forever! Sire has contacted us a few times to check in.

I heard Dr Leigh asking Brother Lu'Nye if it was this normal for a parent to be this worried about children. He had told her no. But the driving force behind them coming here is probably due to their Ooman bearer Chris...

I see that Brother Lu'Nye is very worried about Ooma. He remembers what happened when she was stress out when she was bearing us, it almost cost her life! Jay'Ve and I didn't know about that before. Ooma...I miss you!

Brother Lu'Nye comes up and gives me a hug. Picking me up and is humming like Ooma does! His voice is so much deeper then her's so it sounds like hums and purrs. I nuzzel into him hoping we get home soon.
