After Maini repaired me she told me to go see Sooni an Chris when I cooled down. I was so lost on what to do. I just sat there at the base of the tree while my arms healed themselves.

I wanted to curse, to challenge the gods! I know I would lose to them. Still it would be better then sitting by, sending my mate to her death!

I send RedOne a message that I needed to talk to him ASAP on a private line. I get up than head into the compound away from the outside, I headed to one of the meeting rooms. I wait about an hour when I get a response.

"Dar'ke, what is going on?" his voice came in loud and clear. I let him know what just happened. What the so call gods have planned for Chris. How I was so lost, I just didn't know what to do.

I heard him take in a sharp intake of breath in anger. "Dar'ke...I have ships covering WarAxes ships. There would be no way that we couldn't get to her in time..." he pauses, I can hear him clicking his mandibles.

"Unless there was another ship that we don't know about..." I chattered to him flatly.

I could hear him swearing. "Dar'ke focus on your mate for the time being. I will tell Mar'cte to come pick you up shortly. If she has to be captured I need you two tracking her. Mar'cte can use one of the shadow ships there. I would recommend you get your mate to stock you up on items, just in case..." RedOne says to me in a concerned an caring tone...?

"I will be on route to meet you three, to give you back up. Your short on sub leaders right now. You can't take any of them for this mission." RedOne growls out at me.

"Thank you Sire..." I say in a choked up tone. My voice was heavy with emotions of grief.

RedOne goes quiet "I don't think I have earned that title with you just yet...When we bring your mate an pup home alive an well you can call me that. Only if I truly regained my honor with you." He says to me Sincerely.

"Thank you RedOne. I think you more have earned that title back for how much you have helped my family over the past year. " I say to him as I lean back in a chair. I think back to his no interference policy with his family. I don't know what Chris said to him that day on the colony when they first met, but since then he has changed...

"Dar'ke just make sure to try an keep a cool head. She will come back alive! Gods be damned! I had about enough of their chit!" RedOne says to me. I felt a little better. "I will let you know tomorrow evening when Mar'cte will be arriving. I am pretty sure you will hear his roar of anger where ever he is now." RedOne chittered at me.

"RedOne, Paya mentioned other gods. Is there anyway to contact them that you know of?" I ask him. He was the oldest living yautja that I know of.

"There are three other gods other then Paya, that serve as major icons to yautja. However the best one that we have knowledge of, an have the most rituals for is, Cetanu...the black hunter, the dark warrior, our god of death. He is the brother of Paya." RedOne states bluntly to me.

I just about spat out some violent curses. I was named Dark orginally after the god of death. Cause death seemed to follow my path anywhere I went. I had Caused so many to die by my hands. I grimly wonder if this was a twisted will of Cetanu. It all feels like a set up...

"Dar'ke go see your mate, as strong as she is, she will be terrified. Even if she has died before, there is no guarantees that she will return to back to the world of the living. I will contact you when I get the details ready." RedOne says to me before ending the transmission.

I sigh an head up to our room. I see that Sooni and Chris are sitting up an watching an Ooman television show...Its called Supernatural I believe.

Chris see's me she waves me to come join them in the room. Sooni has a death grip on Chris, this was going to be hard for all of us...
