It was my last day with Ceillia an our pups. We were with everyone on a freezing mountain!

When Rakkii said that Chris took her to a land made of ice cream this isn't what I imagined...

The pups were having a fun time having snow ball fights while building snow forts...? Apparently it's a very Ooman thing to do. I can see the fun of it. I can also see the practical on why to do these things. It could make for a good training class.

I can see that RedOne is thinking the same thing. He was having fun on the footwear called ski's. It was admittedly fun to go fast. I preferred the tool called a snow board. It suited my build a lot better.

Ceillia had showed me how to use it, I was happy to take in her teachings. Oomans have some of the best ideas, it's to bad that they ruined it for themselves.

Chris had set up a stand, she was making hot chocolate, grilled meats, an grilled squash. She also made a warm alcoholic drink that was really mild but really hit the spot in this cold weather! Medeled wine with extra spices...

I look over at my pups They were growing up so fast. They were bigger then their siblings that were born this year. Similar to Chris an Dar'kes pups grew last year. As much as I wanted to take them back, just seeing how happy an free they were here. Just proved to me they were in the right place.

I got a report about what has been happening on the unblooded hunt from Dar'ke. I can only imagine what Vil'Lai will be telling me when I get back. I wasn't looking forward to talking to Singh, he was very protective of their family pups.

Is it wrong just wanting to snack on tasty food, to be together with loved ones?

I feel a warm jug pressed onto my arm. I look over an see Chris handing me a jug of warm spiced wine. I take it an thank her. She looks at me an shakes her head.

"Hopper don't over think things. No offense but you kinda suck when you go into serious mode" she Chatters at me.

"Thanks...I think. It's hard Chris I don't want to leave them. I know they are safe, an happy here but..." I say to her.

"...But you rather be here with them. It's like you have two different families... you feel guilty about being with one or the other for too long?" Chris says to me as she watches the pups with me.

She really locked in on that rather quickly...

I take a good long drink. I nod "I love Ceillia an our pups. I also Love Vil'Lai an the rest of my mates an our pups, back home. I just feel like a failure, that I can't have them together in one place. I know its foolish, I know I have access to both at anytime. I just miss both..." I admitted to her.

Chris chittered at me "Hopper it's normal to feel that way. Honestly we feel it too. Atleast Ceillia an Vil'Lai made it a little better. I mean Ceillia could have left the way I did..." Chris says to me. I can hear the bitterness in her tone.

Chris didn't want to leave either, she did what was best for their pups. Honestly if Ceillia left like Chris had done it would have killed me. "...So when does this Chitty situation end?" I ask Chris.

"When everyone is dead..." Chris says in a deadpan tone as she takes a drink from her jug.

I look at her shocked...an then she pushes me into a snow pile while chittering in laughter. "It was a joke Hopper, 3 years at most we should be back home. See! Don't be so serious! If we had been on the ship you would have made 'At least let me have a last snack' joke. I may be scary at times but I am still the same Chris..." she Chatters to me.
