I shook my head as I looked over the reports. Since they took off for the hunt, there has been 40 minor fights an 10 major fights on the ship. Sa'ke had Lu'Nye, Dee, Fa'tae or Zu'ko drag the offending unblooded to the arena to let them fight it out.

It's only been 1 day full since they left...

The retirees would step in an help when needed but this was a crash course for them. Being an Elite is no easy task, an the hard part of the job is dealing with issues like that!

I remember the days when Crash, Hopper an I were on our first clan ship. We thought we were hot chit trying to pick fights. We learned very quickly that Chit wouldn't fly. I chitter at that thought, it's was so many years ago.

Sooni comes up behind me on the balcony chittering at me. "Lost in your thoughts Dar'ke?" She asks me.

"...Just some memories when I was an unblooded. I am glad that I don't have to deal with them this time." I chattered to her.

Sooni comes over an leans against the balcony next to me. Things had been calm between us. Ever since I told her that Chris an I mated. She seemed rather pleased...Maini told me that Sooni took it as a sign that Chris will always be part of the family. It was physical proof that she wasn't leaving us permanently.

I wasn't going to question it. She was calmer, an she started treating me better too. She was becoming a better version of herself. She still had flashes of anger when Ekate or Ti'ni ended up hurt. However she did keep in control an the pups were unharmed, so that is a win.

There wasn't any tension between us either. It felt nice...

"Listen leave those headaches on the ship Dar'ke. They serve you no purpose here. We have things to do here, trust that they can do it. Lu'Nye is well trained as is Dee, Fa'tae an now Zu'ko. Sa'ke an Zak have experience in running a ship already. We have better things to worry about..."Sooni says to me, encouraging me. I appreciate her support, it really felt nice.

I chatter at her as I look to the sky, maybe things are getting better...?

"So we have the plan ready?" I ask Avei, an Siri.

They chattered at me, they both seemed up to it...Rather they were just as excited as I was. Operation Match Maker was going to be in full swing! Avei had given me her full blessing as she had been Mar'ctes former Matriarch that it okay.

Honestly there is no better male for my Pup! EKate seems to show him some affection. She had even sought him out for training and help in cooking. Mind you I rather she not cook, but if she becomes Mar'ctes mate than that won't be a future issue.

He had a good territory here, plenty of good drink. An room for me to help with grandpups! I was admittedly enjoying my time helping Sooni an them train their pups. They maybe a small family for their status, but it seem to be a very comfortable size. Not too many, an not too little...

EKate is an Adult Ooman at age 24, we just need to convince Mar'cte that she is an adult despite her small stature. At 4'11  in height she was smaller then the avarage Ooman. That's what I learned from taking to Maini an Lisa.

Given that Mar'cte is large for a male, the genetics should be fine for normal grandpups! I was excited! I am gonna be a grand bearer!

The three of us went to check to see where Mar'cte was. He was in the brewery shed. We could hear him cursing loudly.

We may have taken a barrel or 6...

Atleast we return the barrels! We make sure they are cleaned well so they can be filled again quickly. Plus we don't go thru the Drink like him an RedOne! Well Hil'di has been scolding RedOne a lot, for drinking so much recently. It's nice to see those two have a wonderful partnership.
