Chapter 235

I was taking Chris down to the docks on the medical hover bed with a dome on it, I had gotten from the healers.

My mates had docked an they were waiting for her. My broken ribs hurt as they both took hits at me earlier when I greeted them. Luckily Ceillia didn't feel affected, she said she only felt tingles.

Once I arrive back, I am met by them, they then take Chris an load her on to the ship. She lost most of her original colorings. I was relieved that she was still in a coma though.

"Hopper I can't believe it we have been mates with you for 100 years! I can't believe you forgot my name and my Sister mate Can'dis name! We've given you 20 pups between the two of us!" Sa'di scolded me.

Can'di just chittered amused "Sa'di don't blame him to much we only really see him when were in heat..." she said to us.

"Listen I know I haven't been the best Mate, I am looking to change that. Is there anything I can do to make you two happy as well as our pups?" I ask them as I scratch the back of my head.

The both pause and chitter at me. "We will have to think on it Hopper. Honestly just remembering our names would be a big step. Otherwise we've been happy with this arrangement. Right Can'di?" Sa'di says to us. Can'di nodded her head.

"If I ever make either of you feel lonely please let me know." I tell them.

They chitter at me like I was a fool. "Hopper we will let you in on a little secret. Most of us females have pair bonded in our family similar to Tanomi and her mates." Can'di said while giving me a wink. "One of the reasons we were so eager to have Ceillia join us was so that YOU wouldn't feel lonely anymore. Also with you and Vil'Lai talking more she doesn't seem as lonely either. Once you get back home we can all talk it out. Sounds good? We better get Sooni's sister mate home before she gets on a ship and starts riding our asses home." Can'di said to me in a joking an amusingly tone.

I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. Then I think of the room set ups and it makes a lot of sense now on why certain rooms were assigned to certain mates.

"Can'di let's go! Hopper we will see you in a few months. Take care of yourself. When you get back you can play with our pups." Sa'di said to me.

I felt my heart flutter, I waved to them as they got the ramp up and departed the ship. They all knew I was lonely...?

It seems that when all the walls are Crashing down around us, as painful as it can be. It allows us to reach out to those around us much more freely...

I wonder if Vil'Lai would like to share a room with Ceillia and I. Like Dar'ke does with Sooni an Chris. As Vil'Lai room was the closest to us but away from the others. I thought it was due to the fact she liked quiet to sleep.

Maybe it was her way of trying to be closer to me. Well I am gonna do all I can to be there for them!

I watch from a far away distance and I see the small ship leaving. Just before I power up I get an incoming message from WarAxe.

"Alexi Stop! If you try and do what I think you are planning, you will just end up dead. The Emperor has two Shadow ships following them. You wouldn't get close before they blew you up!" He said to me in a flat tone.

I wanted to slam my fists into the the piloting console! PAUK! I growled out in frustration!

"Take another route to the planet. I have arranged with some lost ones there to assist you. They will shut down the security and cause glitches so you can sneak in and out without issues. It will be about a week but they will have it ready. I am sending you the information. We only have one chance at this...Don't pauk it up Alexi." WarAxe's voice was firm as he disconnected.
