My take on it is I think it's the guys best friend but that part really doesn't matter. If the best friend let's go, he'll be cut by the scissors and die. If he keeps holding it, he still gets cut by the blade and breaks his best friends heart. Idk why this is making me so emotional rn like I think I'm just too tired. But one of the comments were something like "if your partner isn't your best friend something's not right" like yea I'm all for like "my partner is my best friend" but more so in the sense of I would date someone i consider my best friend, I wouldn't start dating someone and they would replace my best friend. Ya know?
