So close

So I was at  Sunday school,  and honestly I'm not really religious I go because I kinda have to because of my grandma. I feel indifferent about religion honestly. I will say there are so many different religions just under the Christian branch and I know that the specific religion and church I go to im not a fan of.

Anyways they were talking about love because valentines day I guess and he was saying there was multiple different form of love and I'm like yessss! Like thank you.

But then he instantly fell off  because then he said romantic love, even though it's the most pushed to the point it's forced, was the most important. And I was like dude seriously. He was so close but then he pulled out the "more important" card.

Then he said something homophobic about how romantic love is supposed to be between a man and a woman and if it's not it's not really love. Like bro shut up. (This is why I don't like my religion/church. I know some Christians are accepting of lgbtqia but the one I grew up with is not and there's other reason as to why I'm not really religious but we aren't going into that)

Anyways like he got me all excited with then "there's different forms of love" and I was hoping he'd say they're all equally important but then he was like "romance is more important and it needs to be how god wants it. What you want doesn't matter." (That's not what he said word for word but you get the just)

So yeah. I guess that's just more fuel to write my platonic love story between 2 ghosties to show the world platonic love is important too and it needs to stop being overshadowed by romance.

Anyways have a wonderful day/night, thanks for listening. Best wishes, take care 💚💜
