Chocolate in boxes, gifts wrapped in bows
We all know how this day goes
Kissing in the classroom, hugs in the hallway
Why can't everyone just go away
The day for romance and love
But why does one love have to be put above?

They go off and fall in love

I hope you know it's okay to love yourself today
Single or in a relationship,
Celebrating with friends or alone,
It's okay to stay at home
And appreciate yourself on this day
So I tried something. Don't know if it's that good, I tried to rhyme it lol. I'm reading a poem in English class and the dude writes in couplets which is sorta like I did so maybe by reading that poem it improved my rhyming lol.
Omg I just noticed I rhymed in couplets...like couples. On Valentine's day. 😭 and like the last 2 stanzas aren't really couplets which is kinda perfect actually bc the poem is about like celebrating all love on Valentine's Day.
