The bedroom door opening has [Y/N] freezing mid-wrap only to let out a sigh of relief when she sees that it's only Jax. He quirks an eyebrow at her before shrugging off his kutte and draping it over the dresser.
"Something wrong?" Jax questions as she quickly goes back to wrapping Abel's Christmas gifts.
"Nope, just got a little spooked thinking it was him breaking into the room." [Y/N] replies earning a light laugh from Jax as he sits down on the edge of the bed.
"Nope, he's all tucked in bed." Jax replies just as little fists begin banging on the bedroom door. [Y/N] goes wide eyed again as she pulls a light blanket over the unopened gifts as Jax scrambles off the bed.
"Mommy i'm thirsty!" Abel cries from the other side of the door. Jax fumbles with the door but manages to get it open quick enough that Abel wasn't able to see anything.
"Mommy is asleep, why don't we go get some milk together yeah?" Jax questions from the other side of the door. Once she is certain they are far enough away she rushes through the rest of the presents and has them hidden long before Jax returns.
