Summary: You, Shuri, and Peter are best friends, joining the others to fight Thanos. And someone gets hurt...

QOTP: Who do you think will die in Infinity War?

Word Count: 2503

You've been an Avenger since you were thirteen. For the most part, you were kept on the Quinjet except for on smaller missions or, you know, Ultron. However, now, it's Avenger against Avenger. Steve against Tony.

You're with Steve.

Tony decided to bring Spiderman into all this. He wanted an edge; none of Team Cap would hurt a kid. However, you and Peter were the same age. He told Peter to fight you for the most part, and not to hurt you, no matter what.

That didn't mean you were gonna do the same to him.

"Who even are you?" you ask behind your mask, dodging webs and looking for a way to get closer to him; hand-to-hand is your strong suit.

"I'm Spiderman!" the hero in question shouts, trying to hit you without hurting you. You're too quick, and he has to be selective with his aim.

"More like Spiderboy, judging from your voice!" you shout back, finding an opening. Before he can respond, you kick him in the stomach, knocking the breath out of him. As he tries to get off the ground, you advance, ready to pin him down or knock him out. Which ever comes first.

"I-I'm Spiderman. And I don't wanna hurt you." He manages to shoot a web that hits you in the shoulder. You grab it and try to pull it off, to no avail, all while trying to ignore the pure sincerity in his voice.

"Did Tony make this stuff, Spiderboy?"

"I did," he replies, standing. You shake your head a little, starting to back off. He goes to shoot another web at you, but you dodge.

"Pretty impressive for a middle schooler," you taunt, trying to find a way to stick him to the wall with his own webs. At this point, you don't really want to hurt him. You don't want to hurt anyone here - at least not too badly - but he's just too sweet to give him a concussion.

"I'm in high school!" he says defensively.

You smile a little, dodging his webs. "Technically, I am, too."

"Tony said we're the same age."

You continue to dodge his webs, then finally say, "Time out, Spiderman."

He stops shooting webs, but doesn't let his guard down. "What?"

You sigh, letting your arms drop. "I don't wanna hurt you, you don't wanna hurt me. How about we just walk away? I go fight some of the others on your team and vice versa. Deal?"

He thinks for a second. "Deal."

As you go your separate ways, you think to yourself about how that's probably the first and last time you'll ever meet him.

"I DON'T GET NO SLEEP CAUSE OF Y'ALL! Y'ALL NOT-"

"SHURI!" you shout desperately, fighting not to laugh. You watch the door she just shouted at - Peter's door - and wait for the boy in question to open it. "You're lucky everybody else is already awake, or you'd be fighting, like, twenty different superheroes at once."

"I could beat anyone in this base easy," she says, leaning against the door.

"All at once?"
