Working Through Conflict

On the Octopod, conflict is rampant, but everyone already knows what to do about it, and have a way of working through it.

At least there are even-minded people (The Captain, Peso, Dashi, and Inkling) who acts as peacekeepers.

Sometimes the less even-minded (Kwazii) can work out conflicts on their own, but this very rarely happens.

One of these very few occasions involved Kwazii accidentally destroying a little city the kids made out of pebbles, sand, seaweed, and tiny bits of coral. All the kids were obviously not happy with Kwazii at all, and he couldn't stand seeing his "lil mateys" sad over something he did, and he felt so bad, so he decided to help them rebuild it and let them give him a makeover with Dashi's makeup supplies.

He got part of his fur burned off by Dashi's curling iron, but to him, it was worth it cos his little mateys weren't sad anymore.

Tweak and Kwazii fight so much of the time that no one even bothers trying to stop them, and only the little baby Vegimals will run up to them going "NO!" and hugging and kissing them sweetly while asking them not to fight.

Obviously, it will work, but only for 5 seconds. The second the Vegimals leave the room, they go right back to fighting, and Peso will walk in after the fight, give both of them kisses on the head and sweetly tend to them while telling them how he doesn't like them fighting but he loves them so much and wishes they'd stop hurting each other all the time.

The Captain is too fair to his "children" when they fight for his own good. He will sit them both down, and make a compromise that both of them agree on.

Whenever the kids fight, all the adults know to just let them figure it out on their own cos they're more than capable of doing so (hahaha), and the kids need to learn how to figure things out for themselves (it usually ends in the guardians needing to pull the kids off of one another and another trip to Peso's)
