Things They've (Concerningly) Had to be Told

Everyone in the Octopod have had one thing they concerningly didn't know before they learned it.

For example, someone forgot to tell Paani that feeding Kwazii caffeine would never end well. No one on the Octopod thanked him for the screaming hyper orange cat they had to put up with for the next six hours.

It took Inkling a little longer than it probably should to realize the kids were pranking him when they asked if he knew someone with the last name Bath and the first name Anita. The kids, however, caught up with the realization that Inkling would be playing opera music for them a bit faster.

Peso knows what S-E-X is because he's a medic, he kinda has to know, but he does not understand anything else "adult" simply cos he's a sweet innocent smol boi and must be protected at all costs.

Shellington has no idea how to change diapers or make bottles before the Vegimals came along. After the first time Shellington accidentally got a diaper stuck to his paw, Dashi and Peso taught him to change diapers and feed babies because they had younger siblings who's diapers they changed and who they fed.

The Vegimals, for some reason, still don't know that jumping up and down to get a better look at what's in the kitchen vent will result in getting stuck in it and needing to be pulled out by the Captain.

The Captain doesn't understand the concept of self-care. In his eyes, his crew is the most important thing in the world and it's perfectly acceptable to ignore his basic needs to take care of them.

His crew never allows him to and will all sit  around him at the table and force him to eat and practically hold him to the bed to get him to go to sleep.
