The Cubs And Periwinkle

Everyone loves it when the cubs and Peri visit the Octopod, especially the Vegimals and the kids.

When the cubs and Peri come over, Bianca or Pearl usually come with them, and they'll usually spend some time with their little brothers while their kids play with the other kids in the library.

Inkling likes the cubs and Peri more than the older kids because 1. They're far less of a nuisance and 2. They possess the ability to behave themselves if he leaves the room for more than one millisecond.

Inkling has sat them in his lap before and read them stories while he pawned the other kids off on Kwazii (He regretted this decision immediately after he realized Kwazii fed them all far too much sugar)

The cubs and Peri think all the kids older than them are so cool and mature and always want to hang out with them.

Orson and Ursa have nearly beaten all the older kids at any type of wrestling ever before

All the older kids will always listen to whatever the littler kids have to say from listening to an hour long retelling of all the badges the cubs earned in Polar Scouts to listening to Peri talk about some species of sea star that he and his Uncle Shellington had been researching.

Sometimes the younger kids like to go all "Parent" on the older kids. Such as the time Ursa asked Jane and Koshi why they didn't do Girl Scouts anymore (after they told her all about it) and Koshi told her that Jane got kicked out after a day and a half after she smacked a mean girl in the mouth with tree sap in her paw and Koshi quit after a year cos it just wasn't for her. (And she didn't really like the other girls)

Peri and Squirt immediately became science besties and they usually spend their time helping Shellington in the lab and researching sea creatures in the library.

Speaking of which, the baby Vegimals love having more "friends" to play with, and you can often find the Vegimals and all the kids in a cuddle pile because they can.

Peso loves having more children to love. Whenever the cubs and Peri come over, they'll always want "Peso cuddles" cos he's so soft and sweet and Peso will just smile and sit the little ones in his lap and cuddle them to death cos they're his precious babies. Whenever he does this, he always worries that the older kids might feel a bit left out, so he goes and gives them cuddles as well to make them happy.
