The Logbook Pt. 2

Extraordinary Love

People on the Octopod love each other in ways that aren't exactly ordinary. In fact, you could say they go "Above and Beyond" ;). 

The Captain doesn't just respect his crew as good workers, he considers them his children, and will insist on giving them all a big hug whenever he's in an especially good mood, and just wants to see his beautiful babies.

Peso is all the other adult's baby. They'll do anything for him from Inkling reading him bedtime stories to the Captain letting Peso cling to him whenever he's had a bad day. 

Kwazii and Tweak hate each other so much of the time, but when they think no one's looking, the'll actually be nice to each other for once. When Kwazii got killed by a creeper in Minecraft and lost all of his gear, Tweak laughed at him (obviously), but immediately gave him a hug and promised she'd help him get his stuff back after she saw how sad he was.

The Vegimals have a nearly impossible amount of love for everyone on the Octopod. The one place people know to go if they're sad and need cheering up is the kitchen. All the cute little babies will immediately run up, give you cuddles, and once they see you're upset, they'll give you more cuddles, and go get the Captain so "Cappy" can kiss it all better.

Dashi and Peso will randomly give each other hugs. Whenever Peso asks for one from Dashi, it's always a yes, and on Friday nights, they'll have a Disney movie party with all the baby Vegimals, and they'll just watch a movie.

Pinto will sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, and'll get lonely, but he doesn't want to wake Peso. So what he does is he'll run into Dashi's room, wake Jane up, and they'll stay in a closet for the rest of the night. Jane can never say no to him cos he's her baby brother and he was lonely.
