A/N- This is Uniquedoll602's idea. Go check them out, they're amazing.

Some people are capable of this on the Octopod, some aren't.

Actually, it's sort of easy to tell who is and who isn't based on how many pictures they have of small children.

Kwazii has been forbidden from babysitting the kids for (guess why? You'll never guess!) When he's given a baby, he has no idea what to do, and will stand there like a statue holding it with no idea what he's doing.

Dashi is great with babies. She's taken care of both of her little sisters when they were babies, so she knows precisely what to do, and it's Dashi. She adores small cute things. Tweak usually has to stop her from STEALING a baby cos it's so cute.

Tweak was so scared of holding a baby at first cos she was an only child, so Dashi let her hold her little cousin, and kept giving Tweak ear rubs and kisses on the head as encouragement the whole time. Tweak actually liked it a lot, and insisted on holding all the kids the same way as "practice."

Peso loves babies too, and he's really good at taking care of them as well. After Pinto first hatched, Peso would not leave his new baby brother's side, and Pinto grew attached to his big brother almost instantly and followed him around everywhere.

Peso thought a tiny squawking little chick bouncing after him everywhere he went was the most adorable thing that could ever happen and refused to let Pinto out of his sight.

The Captain is younger than Bianca, but since he's "daddy" to his crew, he's naturally good with cute little babies, and probably cos babies find him as cuddly and as sweet as an oversized teddy bear like the rest of his crew.

The Vegimals are not too good with babies. It's probably due to the fact that they ARE babies themselves, and probably cos they're around the same size the baby is. But babies love their song, and whenever a baby is dropped off at the Octopod for babysitting, the cuties will go into the room, rock the cradle and sing the baby lullabies.
