Lies That They Get Away With

Everyone on the Octopod has been guilty of telling at least one little itsy bitsy lie for whatever reason, some people got away with it, some didn't

Everyone has lied at least once about liking the Captain's accordion. They all tell him that it sounds good when they're trying to find ways to discreetly cover their ears when he starts playing. 

Kwazii can never get away with breaking one of the Gups because Tweak knows him well enough to know it was him. Basically. whenever anything breaks on the Octopod, Tweak KNOWS it was Kwazii.

When the Captain asks everyone what a roll of toilet paper is doing on the ceiling, everyone just shrugs and no one tells him who put it there. (Pinto tried putting super glue on the bottom of it to try and stick it to the ceiling.

Once, Kwazii ran headfirst into a door so hard that he dented it and he quickly begged Shellington and the kids to help him fix it. They fixed it. Sort of. The door kept squeaking every time it opened and wouldn't close all the way. Tweak and everyone else were extremely confused as to what happened to the door, and to this day, Shellington and the kids still don't understand how they got away with it. 

The Vegimals always draw little pictures for everyone. Everyone tells them that their picture is the most beautiful thing they've ever received even though they can't tell what it is. The babies end up being so happy that they latch onto their leg and refuse to let go because they "wuv" them.

Whenever Dashi wants everyone to do a photoshoot, everyone starts coming up with reasons why they can't. Anything ranging from "I need to clean the lab" to "I need to murder Kwazii for crashing the Gup-B again." to avoid having to wear matching outfits with the rest of the crew and then having the photo of it sent to their families.

Shellington, Tweak, Kwazii, and all the kids have lied to Peso about how some medical thing they shouldn't do such as telling him they don't sleep on their stomach or that they don't eat like 20 kelp cakes a day, or the most far-fetched, "I get 8 hours of sleep every night." Currently, everyone's bursting with guilt about it because Peso's such a sweet little innocent baby that he believes them until someone tattles on them or he has good reason not to believe them.
