The Logbook Pt. 2

Clothes Shopping

This totally ends well for everyone involved. Haha just kidding, it ends horribly, and embarrasses Dashi greatly in the process. 

The first time she took Tweak shopping for clothes, she practically had to shove Tweak through the front door of the store cos Tweak did not want to go in at all.

When Dashi took her little sisters and Tweak to an outdoor shopping center, and dragged a very unhappy looking Tweak into a clothes store, a very nice lady asked Tweak, "Not a fan of shopping, huh." Tweak being nice simply chuckled and laughed, and Jane, who was holding Tweak's paw (cos Dashi doesn't trust her not to run off on her own), told this woman, "She says the only reason she came into this store is because there's air conditioning and music." They left after that.

Whenever someone needs new clothes, Dashi's always the one who goes out to get it for them. She somehow has on-point intuition on what everyone would like. She once got the Captain and Kwazii matching shirts. The Captain's said "Captain Daddy" on it, and Kwazii's said "Daddy's first mate" on it.

She always gets princess dresses and feminine clothes for Peso whenever he wants them, and will curl his hair and do makeup for him when he wants it as well without judging him cos she thought he looked absolutely adorable in them, and he was her baby brother. Peso would always meekly thank Dashi afterwards and give her a kiss on the cheek for helping him.

Dashi may or may not have found a set of 5 shirts on Amazon that she could not resist buying for the kids. They said "I'm the oldest, I make the rules", "I'm the second oldest, I play by the rules," "I'm the middle, I'm the reason we have rules", "I'm the second youngest, I bend the rules," and I'm the youngest, the rules don't apply to me." (She got 12 of the "youngest" shirts and gave them to the Vegimals.)

Dashi always tries to get the Vegimal matching baby clothes at all times, and in her opinion, the Vegimals look too cute to be true in them.

When Tweak needed new work clothes, she had no choice but to ask Dashi to get them for her., thinking Dashi was going to get her pink, girly clothes. To her surprise, she found 2 pairs of old cargo pants and, 3 new t-shirts,  2 pairs of overalls, and one new hoodie that said "World's Best Mechanic" and Dashi had written "+ friend" on it with Sharpie. Tweak of course loved it so much and made a point to hug Dashi and not let her go for five minutes to show how happy she was about it.
