The Logbook Pt. 2

Hiking

The Octonauts enjoy hiking, and they often invite the Octo-Agents to come along. Along with anything the Octonauts do, chaos is bound to follow.

They never end up going far cos "Captain Daddy" and "Daddy Shellington" are afraid that their babies will get tired, so they will only go about half of the trail while everyone insists that they're fine and can go further. (Both Shellington and Barnacles end up carrying all the Vegimals).

They always invite Paani to come and Paani always says yes. Even though he comes with them every time, whenever the kids see Paani, all of them will immediately run up to him and give him a big hug. Paani is always that the kids love him so much, and he always asks them, "Don't you four have something else to be doing?" and all the kids answer him, "No."

Every time Paani comes along, he can go the farthest out of everyone, but he has this habit of stopping at an interesting plant and telling everyone all about it. Paani is always Shellington's favorite buddy, and they'll often be at the front of the group with a book from Inkling's library gabbering about science stuff until one of them runs headfirst into a tree.

Whenever they're in a hotter place, Kwazii is pretty on edge cos he's so worried about the Captain and Peso and is all over them asking, "Are you alright, matey? Cool enough? Here, let's get you into some shade. Do you need water? Lemme get you some."

If the place is one degree below sixty, Kwazii will be bundled in a jacket and complaining nonstop that he's cold. In that case, the Captain and Peso will stand close to him on either side of him to help warm him up and the Vegimals will bring him a cup of hot cocoa.

Dashi always wants to take photos while hiking and for some reason is 100% fixed on getting a good photo of Tweak, and Tweak often is willing to go along with it because Dashi is her bestie and she's willing to do anything for her. Whenever Dashi gets tired (and refuses to admit she is) Tweak will give Dashi a very long piggyback ride of 10 steps cos that's only as long as she can carry her.

Tweak and Kwazii are banned from being near each other while hiking ever again after the time Kwazii pushed Tweak into poison ivy and Tweak smacked Kwazii with a large tree branch.
