Wrath Of The Guardians

The kids live in fear of the wrath of their guardians if they do something bad. (Well, Squirt and the girls do. Peso's too much of a sweet little cinnamon roll to be scary when he's mad at Pinto)

Dashi doesn't get mad often, but she can get mad if one of her sisters does something really bad. Her sisters are terrified of her when she gets mad. She would never hurt them, but she will yell (and she's extremely scary to her sisters when she does) and she'll give them a punishment whether it's getting grounded or helping Inkling in the library for a week.

Squirt lives in fear of his uncle's lectures. He's counted, Inkling's lectures can go on for 2 hours sometimes, but it's usually the younger kids who get all of Inkling's lectures when they prank him. Inkling is so boring that Squirt can practically fall asleep on command if he even thinks of Inkling's lectures.

Peso's too sweet to act mad at Pinto when he does anything bad. All he'll do is scold Pinto very lightly and give him a hug cos he feels bad for scolding his baby brother and tell him not to do it again whether it's giving Squirt's Thor action figure emergency surgery that resulted in the toy losing its arm or sneaking out with Kwazii in the middle of the night.

Dashi has only ever gotten mad enough to yell 5 times max. Even when Koshi and Jane fight, Dashi will only separate them for an hour and help them work it out when both of them are less mad at each other. Dashi hates yelling, especially at her sisters (or one of them in particular), and the few times she did yell, she felt so bad that she cried to Tweak about it later and gave her sisters like 5 million hugs afterwards.

Squirt loves his uncle, but if he hears one more lecture from him, he will scream. By now Squirt is so used to Inkling's lectures that he knows how to tune them out and pretend he's listening. The one time Inkling doesn't lecture Squirt or any of the kids is when Min comes over because Min will always stop him from lecturing her "precious little darlings" and tells him what good little children they are.

The only time Peso's ever gotten remotely mad at his brother was that one time Pinto got into his medical equipment and nearly broke the Sick Bay tank with the reflex hammer.

Pinto felt so bad that he made Peso mad afterwards that he nearly cried, and Peso couldn't stand seeing his baby brother so sad, so Peso let Pinto sit in his lap for a bit and gave him beak nuzzles and little kisses until he felt better.

Whenever the kids get in trouble, the Vegimals and Kwazii will try their best to convince their guardian not to punish them. Kwazii's even taken all the blame for something the kids did with him so their guardians wouldn't be mad, and the Vegimals will hug the kids and the guardians and tell them exactly why the kids shouldn't be in trouble.

Even when all the kids grew up and moved out, they still feared their guardians' wrath from time to time like when Pinto realized Peso was coming over to visit and most of the food Pinto had in the apartment was unhealthy and the time Jane impulsively spray-dyed her hair bright red and realized she wouldn't be able to get it out by the time she had to go to the Octopod (Dashi nearly fainted)
