The Logbook Pt. 2

Knowing Each Other

All of the Octonauts, kids, and Vegimals know each other so well that they can practically read each other's minds.

At this point, whenever Kwazii comes into the Launch Bay looking all innocent, Tweak will very suspiciously ask him what he did, cos she knows for a fact that he either made a HUMONGOUS mess or pranked someone. Same thing goes for when he acts extra nice to her, she'll only ask him "alright, whaddya want?!" She knows what he's trying to do.

Kwazii will be able to tell almost immediately if his "daddy" or one of his "siblings" are sad, and will do anything in his power to make them feel better. This usually involves a night in his room, infinite cuddles and kisses, and an impossible amount of candy and ice cream that he sneaks them.

The Captain knows all his "childrens'" favorite things, and will try to learn all about them to be able to talk to his "babies" about them. Everyone has confided something in him, from Peso confessing he loved "girls' music" to Tweak admitting she was an aromantic asexual.

Tweak always goes up to Dashi's room with grape juice (instead of wine) and a bunch of girly pop songs that they sing together after Tweak puts the girls to bed in her room for the night whenever she can tell Dashi's being burned out.

Peso can always tell whenever one of his family members need a hug and are only too happy to give them one and sing them a lullaby. Whenever everyone realizes Peso needs a hug and some love, everyone brings him to the Game Pod and they all let Peso have a movie night with them and they'll have a movie/dance party until they all pass out at around 2 AM, and the Captain carries all his babies to bed and kisses them goodnight.

Jane will give Koshi things that she doesn't want to lose, but she'll forget she gave them to Koshi and think she lost them, so she'll go to Koshi saying she lost the thing, and Koshi will pull it out of her pocket and show her.

Koshi's only too familiar with this kind of stuff, she always knows what to do.
