The Logbook Pt. 2

Childhood Phases

Everyone has gone through that one phase in their childhood that's embarrassing and they'd like to forget about.

The Captain's obsession with Admiral Sweaty Sock lasted for a long long time. From the time he was a little cub, he used to perform comedy routines for his mother and sister.

Kwazii has always had an obsession with pirates. From the minute he met his grandfather, he wanted to be a pirate. He even started "hunting for treasure" in public. Once when his mother took him to the store and couldn't find the cereal, Kwazii turned it into a huge pirate adventure for both of them, and his mother played along and even drew a big "X" on the cereal bx after she payed for it.

Peso went through lots of phases as a tiny little chick. Once of these phases was following Pogo around and trying to do everything his big brother did even though he was half Pogo's size.

Shellington has been obsessed with 100000000000000 different science things in his life. He used to really be interested in sea sponges as a tiny baby otter and wouldn't stop talking to Pearl about them, so she found him as many books as she could about them and sat him in her lap while she read to him. 

Dashi had a very severe "My Little Pony" phase as a 5 year old and even tried making her father dress in a unicorn onesie so he could be Fluttershy (her mother told the story to EVERYONE including the next two children they had, and they never stopped teasing Dashi for it)

Tweak had always been interested in engineering from the time she was a tiny little bunny. She used to take of old gears and make robots out of them that she then gave to her father who has it to this day.

The baby Vegimals went through lots of phases on what they liked. First it was Teletubbies, then it was "Thomas and Friends", then it was "PJ Masks" and then it was "Sesame Street" and "Paw Patrol". Dashi has even made Tomminow an Abby Cadabby costume, and all the other ones "Paw Patrol" costumes. The cuties even had Teletubby onesies. 

Koshi has always been addicted to Donna Doxi starting from the time Dashi read the books to her as a tiny little toddler. She even went to the library every day after school once she got older to read Donna Doxi books.

When Squirt was a tiny little baby octopus (3 years old) he used to think his uncle was the coolest guy in the world and wanted to be just like "Uncle Inky" (Inkling actually let him call him that, he was 3) He even tried DRESSING like Inkling once.

Jane went through a very severe Star Wars phase as a toddler, and even started telling everyone "May The Force Be With You" instead of "Hello", "Goodbye", "Good Morning," etc.

Pinto had a very long pirates phase as a tiny chick. He used to ask Peso to play pirates with him, and Peso would never say no to his baby brother, so Peso always played with him (and suggested nicer punishments instead of walking the plank) Now, whenever Pinto would catch the "bad guy" (Pogo in a costume) he would bring him to Peso and Peso would decide how many "death snuggles" the bad guy would get.
