Pinning Things On Each Other

Sometimes when people on the Octopod do something bad or don't want to do something, they'll either pin it on someone else or make them do the thing they don't want to do (usually someone they don't like)

Such as this extremely immature game Kwazii plays where he makes an armpit fart and then blames the noise on Tweak. No one finds it remotely funny, but Kwazii still loves doing it cos it annoys Tweak.

Whenever the Captain needed Kwazii or Tweak to do something that they didn't want for him, (such as cleaning the Gups or the bathroom) their answer is always, "Why can't (the other) do it?"

Peso usually does the opposite of pinning things on others. When Shellington accidentally broke one of Tweak's tools while trying to fix one of his test tubes, Peso wrapped the tool in his bandages and when Tweak found out her tool was missing, he went up to her holding the tool with the cutest sad face possible and told her, "I'm very sorry, Tweak." and even offered to help her fix it. Tweak was physically unable to get mad, especially when Peso gave her a hug so she'd be less sad.

Peso isn't exactly guilt-free himself (he does do it on accident though.) Whenever Pinto annoys him while he's working, he tells Pinto very gently, "I can't play now, sweet boy, but maybe one of your friends can. Why don't you go see what your friends are doing?"

So he goes to annoy Koshi, who very gently tells him "Sorry, I can't play now, why don't you ask Squirt?", and before he even opens his beak to make noise, Squirt knows what he wants, so he tells him, "Go bother Jane." It's impossible for Jane to shake Pinto off her tail, so she just gives up and lets him follow her around everywhere for a while until she too has had enough of him and pulls a Tweak on him by throwing the heaviest thing she can get her paws on at him.

When the Captain asked his crew who wanted to listen to his accordion, everyone always tries to play it cool and tell him, "Gee Captain, I'd love to, but I've got to, um, help Dashi organize her photos." Or in Kwazii's case, point at the closest person and tell the Captain, "Shellington loves your accordion, matey!"

If the Vegimals ever make a mess or accidentally break something, they'll very sadly walk up to the closest "big person" and chirp sadly and show them what happened. No one can be mad. At all. Instead everyone helps the babies clean everything up and the babies give them a big hug for helping them and being the best "daddy/mommy/big brother/big sister" ever.
