I sat next to Washijõ looking down at the clipboard that was given to me when I first became the manager of the Shiratorizawa's volleyball team. I sigh a bit while looking at the stats before I suddenly smelled something that made my nose scrunch. Before I could try to figure out what the smell was I heard a thud followed by loud yells of my omegas name. I snapped my head towards him and saw him laying on the floor with a pained looked on his face as he held his abdomen while in a fetus position.

I quickly stood up and ran towards him, "Baby, are you okay?" I asked frantically, pure worry on my face. He looked at me before whimpering in the slightest making me realize that his heat had started and that neither of us remembered it. I quickly pick him up before looking at the coach. He sighed before nodding his head, I nodded my head ever so slightly silently thanking him before running off after grabbing our stuff. Approaching my house I unlocked the front door as fast as I could with my omega in my arms.

I sighed a bit before putting our stuff down. I brought Shirabu towards the bathroom before running a semi-cold bath to cool him down. I set him down on the toilet before beginning to strip him down. Even though my alpha instincts were telling me to breed with my omega I ignored them to take care of him. After having stripped him down I picked him up once again before putting him down on the bathtub. He whined and looked at me with lust-filled eyes but I chose to ignore it. Suddenly he grabbed my face and began to make out with me. I knew that he would start crying if I pulled away from him so I let him kiss me while I continued to cleaned him up.

Once I finished cleaning him up I pulled away from the kiss before pecking his forehead. I drained the water before picking him up once again and wrapping a towel around him. I walked back towards my room and sat him down on my bed before grabbing some spear clothes. I knew how painful being on heat was so I didn't want him to love around a lot so he wouldn't feel uncomfortable or be in any type of pain. Dressing him up in his boxers and one of my shirt before I changed my clothes.

I laid him down before heading to my kitchen to grab some suppressants, water, and some of his favorite snacks. Walking back into the room I hand him his suppressants and some water which he quickly took. I smiled a bit before laying down next to him. He finished drinking his water before turning over to me and placing his head on my chest making me chuckle. I laid my hands on his hair before beginning to play with it. "Thank you for taking care of my alpha. Sorry for being a burden"

I frowned a bit before kissing the top of his head, "You're not a burden darling and there's no need to thank me." I could tell that he was pouting to so I turned on his favorite show before continuing to play with his hair. I could tell he was enjoying what was on the tv. He cuddled closer to me before speaking up, "I love you (M/n)"

I smiled and pulled him even closer before replying, "I love you too, my baby"
