I let out a sigh of disappointment. Our teammates were currently having a practice match against Data Tech. We were winning but with great difficulty. It was my turn to serve, looking over at my lover who was giving me thumbs up of encouragement I went ahead and served only for it to get received by the Data Techs libero and because of me, they ended up gaining a point.

*time skip*

In the end, our team won but it was a close one and I couldn't help but feel like it was my fault. My lover walked up to me with a kind smile on his face. Seeing his smile that held no blame made me feel bad so I simply grabbed all my stuff and ran towards my house leaving my shocked boyfriend behind.

(M/n pov)

I stare at the door that Hasashi just ran out of with wide eyes before turning to the coach with pleading eyes, he nodded his head in understanding and let me go. I was quick to grab my stuff and run after Hasashi.

I saw him enter his house, I was quick to knock on his door. It was opened to Hasashi mother, she looked surprised that I was there. But once she saw my urgency she was quick to let me inside. I walked towards Hasashi room and gently knocked on the door.

"W-who is it?" "It's me, love" I hear shuffling before the door opened and there stood my lover, puffy red eyes from crying and looking extremely upset. "Can I come in?" He nodded his head. I opened the door and brought him into my arms hugging him close to me.

"Listen, love, there is no need to be upset. I could tell you got upset after your serves got received multiple times. Trust me when I say that our team almost losing isn't your fault love. We are a team for a reason. We win and lose together and it's never one person's fault." I state softly.

I caressed his cheek softly before leaning down and pecking his lips. I grabbed his hands and guided him towards his bed, pulling him into my chest so that we could cuddle.

"Thank you for being here for me, (M/n)" he said. "I'll always be here for you. You are one of the greatest servers in my eyes baby. So trust me when I say that you can do anything you wish to do my love"
