Aizawa knows he isn't the easiest man to love and in all honesty he can't blame you for leaving him. You put up with so much and all you ever asked in return was for him to find time for you or at the very least put in the effort of trying too and to be informed when he gets injured instead of finding out from the news or from finding the bloody gauze in the trashcan the next morning. But of course he let his work consume him, let his pride stop him from asking you for help, let his worries of scaring you make him hide his pain. Your last straw was the USJ, finding out from the news that your boyfriend was almost on his deathbed and running to the hospital to find out he asked Mic and Midnight to not inform you yet, by the time he got home you had already moved all your things out the house and got a tiny apartment all your own.
Of course you did leave him a note. Saying your were sorry ending it like this but can't do this anymore, you refuse to sit by and watch him tear himself apart and asking him to please start taking care of himself. The end was just reminding him where is eye drops/medicine are and all the appointments and meetings he has coming up, oh and of course a last goodbye that had him punching a hole in the wall screaming at himself for being a fucking idiot.
No Aizawa doesn't blame you at all for leaving. Thats why he didn't punish you after he dragged your ass back home even though you were fighting and screaming about him being crazy because he knows hes crazy... crazily in love with you.
