Love {Mic}

Mic is very vocal about how much he loves you. There has never been a single day since you came to live with the voice hero that he hasn't told you how much he loves you. But he notices you arn't the same in the slightest, you've never said it back once and as ever day goes by like that it hurts him more and more. You say good morning back, you tell him goodnight, ask about his day, rant and vent to him, tell him funny stories, sing with him, but not once have you ever told him you love him not even after you started accepting and returning the hugs, kisses, and cuddles.

You heard the door open, like every other day you went to the door and waiting for him to strip to just his black undershirt and leather pants before hugging him "Welcome home, how was your day?" You sighed "Alright I guess, how was yours?" "I was ok." You then both made you way to the couch to watch some tv before making dinner, he was way to quite over dinner, he hadn't spoke once since the little chit chat at the door.

"Zashi...you ok?" His lip quivered as tears started collecting in his eyes but he refusing to blink trying his hardest not to let them fall down his face. Panic shot threw you, you've never seen Mic frown much less cry and it worried you, what could make Present Mic cry? "Why dont you love me? Its not like im cruel to you, I do nothing but love and care for you." He sighed as he put his head in his hands "Im sorry, I shouldn't have even said anything. Forget it." Guilt hit you like a bullet train, you made Present Mic cry. "Why do you think I dont love you?"

You saw the surprise cross his face as he looked up at you "You never say it back." "Does Aizawa tell you that you guys are friends?" "No." "Are you guys friends?" "Obviously." You grabbed both his hands running your thumb over his scared up knuckles in a soothing fashion "Then you know first hand people show they care for others in different ways, just because I dont say it...doesn't mean I dont think it." He yanked you off your chair and into his lap to squeeze you into a hug "I love you." 

"...I love you too Hizashi."
