Sasuke: Sorry for the delay, a black cat crossed my path, and I had to take a different route.

Everyone was shocked, unable to believe he was alive. Many thought he was a ghost, but it was actually Sasuke Uchiha, in the flesh. Cheers erupted as people celebrated the emo's return.

Luna and Zacharias ran toward Sasuke. The professors, the Weasleys, Sirius, and Dumbledore were stunned to see him alive. Dumbledore examined Sasuke closely but didn't notice anything unusual.

Sasuke walked toward Harry. The Chosen One thought Sasuke would be angry with him for leaving him in the cemetery, but all Sasuke said was that they would need to redo the third task, since the first time had been rigged for Harry to win.

Everyone fell silent at Sasuke's words. His fans began screaming in joy. Sasuke eyed the teachers' table, focusing on Moody. Slowly, he began approaching the table, then sped up. He leaped onto it, knife in hand, pinning Moody down.

Sasuke: WHY DID YOU CAST THE KILLING CURSE ON ME DURING THE TASK? – He shouted angrily.

Moody didn't respond, confused by the accusation.

Sasuke: You were so desperate for Potter to win that you used the Imperius Curse on Krum – He said while pressing the knife against Moody's throat.

Dumbledore quickly intervened, explaining that it was a terrible misunderstanding. He said that a Death Eater used Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Moody, and that the real Moody had been captured. The person before them was the true Moody.

Sasuke accepted Dumbledore's explanation and released Moody, who was disoriented by how easily Sasuke had immobilized him.

Everyone in the Great Hall was stunned by what had just transpired. Sasuke stepped in front of the teachers' table, pulling out his wand to cast the Sonorus Charm.

Sasuke: Ladies and gentlemen, Ministry officials, and headmasters. Don't you think this tournament deserves a proper winner, since the third task was tampered with by outsiders?

Sasuke: I propose we have a duel between the four champions at the same time, with the last one standing as the winner. Unless, of course, the other headmasters are afraid to see their champions defeated.

Dumbledore: Mr. Uchiha, I don't think this is the right time...

Maxime: Dumbledore, we've had enough of you and your Ministry doing whatever you please, even allowing two champions. What this young man is suggesting is the best option, and as the headmistress of Beauxbatons, I accept the challenge.

Karkaroff: I accept as well. This cannot end like this. The tournament must have a victor.

The only one left to accept was Harry, who was too shocked to speak. Sirius stepped in, accepting on Harry's behalf, saying that a Gryffindor never backs down from a challenge.

Dumbledore reluctantly agreed, instructing McGonagall and Flitwick to transfigure a platform on the Quidditch pitch to begin the final task.

As preparations were being made, three separate meetings were taking place across Hogwarts.

In the Gryffindor common room, the Golden Trio discussed how Sasuke had managed to escape.

Hermione: Maybe he knows how to Apparate.

Ron: I don't believe that. Maybe he used Dark Magic.

Harry: Maybe he used a house-elf, like in the first task.

Ron: Or maybe he's joined You-Know-Who. Snape and the Slytherin head must've told him about Uchiha.

Harry: I don't know. Voldemort said he only had one spy at Hogwarts, and that was Barty Crouch Jr.
