The Bell Test I

The next day, things in the Slytherin House had returned to normal, with no fights or threats. The common room was silent, as everyone decided to make peace, fearing the emo.

As the days went by, they realized that the emo was not watching them; he just wanted peace in the common room. So, conversations and playful banter resumed. Despite their differing opinions, they agreed to settle things when they graduated, but until then, they decided to enjoy student life.

When Sasuke entered the common room, they would fall silent. Very few people spoke in his presence. Those students acted as if nothing had happened. Among them were the Quidditch team: Draco, Astoria, and Daphne.

On the notice board, the Quidditch matches were announced:

Saturday: Slytherin vs. Gryffindor

Sunday: Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff

During lunchtime, owls entered the Great Hall with the mail. Most received letters from their families, but six students received notes that read:

Team 1, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 PM, in the Room of Requirement - Sasuke

Team 2, Wednesday and Friday from 6 PM, in the Room of Requirement - Sasuke

P.S.: The ink on this note will disappear, so don't forget.

The time and day were set. Astoria, Daphne, and Luna agreed to meet on the staircase 30 minutes early to go to the Room of Requirement together.

Classes had ended. The three met on the staircase and walked toward the Room of Requirement. After walking down the same corridor three times, the door appeared.

Upon entering, the three were surprised. For Luna, the room looked completely different from how it had been during the D.A. meetings. The stone floor was now grass, and several rocks surrounded them. In the center of the room, there was a large rock, and Sasuke was sitting on top of it.

Sasuke: Good, you arrived just in time. Your goal today is to take these jingle bells from me.

Sasuke showed two jingle bells in the palm of his hand.

Luna: What does this consist of? Aren't you supposed to teach us magic?

Sasuke: Don't question my methods. This is a test. Your training will be done in stages. This test has a time limit of 3 hours. If you can't get the jingle bells when time's up, you'll try again at the next meeting until you succeed.

Astoria: Can we use our wands?

Sasuke: Yes, use any spells you know. Anything goes. I will only use the spells Expelliarmus and Incarcerous.

Daphne: But why are there only two jingle bells?

Sasuke: Because only two of you will pass. What happens to those who fail, I'll leave to your imagination.

The alarm of a clock rang, and Sasuke started the test.

Daphne: This will be easy - she said, pointing her wand at the emo - Accio jingle bells!

The jingle bells began to move, but before they could fly away, the emo closed his hand.

Sasuke: Expelliarmus!

Daphne lost her wand, and due to the force of the spell, she was thrown back.

Luna and Astoria stood still, not reacting.

Sasuke took advantage of this moment and pointed at them.

Sasuke: Incarcerous!

Luna and Astoria were ensnared by ropes and fell to the ground.

Luna: What?

Sasuke: Those who get distracted during a fight die.

Daphne retrieved her wand and cast the Stunning Spell.

Sasuke easily dodged it and cast Incarcerous, binding Luna and Astoria as well.

Sasuke returned to sit on the rock and picked up a book.

Astoria: Let us go, Sasuke, so we can continue the test.

Sasuke: I won't do that. This is a test; you must free yourselves.

They glared at him irritably as they tried to break free.

Sasuke continued to read calmly. Hours passed, and the three were still trapped.

Luna: Let us go, Sasuke. We can't continue the test like this. We've tried to free ourselves, but we can't.

Sasuke: When you face an enemy, do you think you can simply say a word and they will release you or spare you?

Luna: No.

Sasuke: This is not a game. You became overconfident due to the nature of the test and let your guard down. If you continue like this, you'll end up dead.

The alarm rang, signaling the end of the test. Sasuke pointed at the three and said, Finite Incantatem.

They got up, wanting to complain, but the last words the emo said made them see reality more clearly.

Sasuke: Until the next meeting. And you are forbidden from telling the other team what the test consists of.

The three nodded, and everyone left the Room of Requirement.
