Days passed, and Minister Bones managed to secure a total of 50 house-elves: 10 elderly, 30 sick, and 10 young ones.

Everyone was happy to serve a family again. When signing the contract, Sasuke used his own home as a hospital to heal the sick elves, with the help of Beta and Alpha.

They all recovered. Sasuke had to insist that they rest and eat, as they were malnourished. Each had their own bed to rest in. They could hardly believe what was happening; it felt like a dream, but it was real.

Alpha and Beta informed everyone about Sasuke Uchiha, explaining how he cared for the elves and assuring them that they had nothing to worry about.

In an abandoned military base in Bristol, the Muggle minister was gathered with his assistant, Kingsley. Outside, his escort was waiting. A bus entered the base, and 20 people disembarked, all wondering what kind of work they would be doing for the government.

Minister: Good morning, everyone. I know you're wondering why you're here. Please wait a moment, and all your questions will soon be answered.

Kingsley didn't understand what was happening, but his duty was to protect the Muggle minister. He remained alert with his wand hidden in hand.

Everyone was murmuring until a loud bang echoed through the base. They all turned toward the sound and saw two people accompanied by a young man. Upon seeing them, the attendees immediately understood that they were wizards. They felt nervous, unsure of what was happening. Some recognized Minister Amelia Bones and the Triwizard Tournament champion, Sasuke Uchiha.

Amelia: Good morning. The reason we called you here is that we need your services.

Participant 1: Sorry, but I still don't understand.

Amelia: As you know, the wizarding world is at war due to the return of he-who-must-not-be-named.

Participant 2: We can't fight; we would be useless in this war.

Participant 3: We have no magic; we can't help.

Sasuke: Who said we only need magic to fight? We can all contribute in our own way; we just need to find the right approach.

Participant 4: You don't understand; you're a wizard and have magic.

Sasuke: You're the ones who don't understand. Muggles fight wars without magic. Don't feel frustrated or belittle yourselves. I know you are survivors of the first war.

Participant 5: What do you know about war?

Sasuke: Believe me, I understand well. I know what it's like to lose everything for lack of strength or power. Some of you could only watch as friends and loved ones were murdered or abandoned by their families as if they were worthless.

The attendees remembered the treatment their family and friends received when they learned they were Muggles. During the first war, many loved ones and friends were killed, and they could do nothing but plead. At times, Dementors would suck the souls of Muggle friends while others couldn't comprehend what was happening. Many carried a heavy burden of guilt for being powerless to act.

Sasuke: We are offering you the opportunity to fight alongside us. To me, everyone here has value. Join us in ending this war, or else everything will repeat itself. Not only will you suffer the consequences, but so will your children and grandchildren. So I ask you: will you fight, or will you hide until you're dead?

With a fire ignited by Sasuke's words, everyone began to shout: LET'S FIGHT!

Sasuke: Great. We need you to sign this magical contract. Additionally, we will evacuate your families to a safe location outside of England. I think France would be a nice place for a vacation, don't you?

Everyone nodded in agreement.

Sasuke: Rufus, you can escort them to see the base. I want to have a quick conversation with the minister.

Kingsley couldn't believe what was happening. He planned to send a Patronus to Dumbledore to inform him of the situation as soon as he left with the Muggle minister.

Petrificus Totalus!

Someone cast a petrifying spell from behind Kingsley, and he fell to the ground.

Amelia was about to say something when Sasuke interrupted her.

Sasuke: As I said, only the four of us should be aware of this.

Amelia: Kingsley is loyal. He would never betray the Ministry.

Sasuke: It doesn't matter if he's loyal. We can't risk a leak. Someone might kidnap him and extract information through torture or potions. We cannot take that risk.

Amelia and the minister understood Sasuke's concern. Amelia drew her wand and said, "Obliviate," pointing it at Kingsley.

In the central room of the base, Rufus was explaining to everyone that this was the center for communication and surveillance. Thanks to the mirrors, they could monitor all of England. The mirrors had been installed primarily in major cities, both in the wizarding and Muggle worlds. They would be used to detect any Death Eaters or magical creatures that shouldn't be present, as well as to inform and guide the Aurors to their locations.

During the explanation, the Muggle minister entered the room.

Minister: In addition to the mirrors, there is another room at the end of the hallway. I want you to gather information from television, radio, and the internet. An account has been created for you to access the weather system, where you can view reports. Mr. Uchiha explained to me that Dementors bring sudden fog and drops in temperature wherever they go. Thanks to the weather system, we can compare it to previous reports and locate the areas where they tend to gather.

Sasuke and Amelia also entered the room.

Amelia: Soon, house-elves will arrive at the base. They will be responsible for cleaning, food, maintaining the mirrors, and conducting field reconnaissance to confirm any suspicions.

Sasuke: Mercenaries are also on their way, ready for combat. Everyone will live here. We will place protective spells everywhere for everyone's safety, and as a last resort, the elves will execute immediate evacuation.

Amelia: We will start working next week. Use this time to spend with your families, as soon they will be sent to France for their safety.

The Muggle minister and Minister Bones left, wondering how many of them would survive the war.
