At Grimmauld Place, the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix, explosions could be heard coming from the attic.

Inside the attic were Harry, Ron, and Hermione, exhausted. As they were almost of age, Molly couldn't stop them from training more, but she made sure Ginny didn't participate.

Sirius: Get up.

Ron was unconscious, Hermione was on her knees, and Harry was trying to stand to avoid disappointing Sirius.

Sirius: How do you expect to defeat dark wizards with this? You're still lacking strength.

Harry: I won't give up—he said while pointing his wand.

Sirius: That's the spirit. Your father would be proud. We must defeat the dark wizards. Let's take a break and continue later.

Sirius left the attic with Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

An hour later, they were all having lunch while discussing the news from the Daily Prophet about the disappearances. What surprised them the most was the disappearance of Ollivanders.

Ginny: Now where are we going to get our wands, Mom?

Molly: Don't worry; we can find them elsewhere, even though Ollivanders was the best.

Hermione: Mrs. Weasley, have the letters from Hogwarts arrived yet?

Molly: Not yet, Hermione.

Ron: Mom, can we go to Diagon Alley to check out Fred and George's shop?

Molly: I don't think that's a good idea; it could be dangerous.

Sirius: Don't worry, Molly; we'll be with them—he said, mentioning Tonks and Moody.

Arthur: Dear, I think a change of scenery would be good for them to unwind. It doesn't have to be right now since the letters haven't arrived yet.

Molly wanted to say something more but reluctantly accepted.

After they ate, there were two hours left before they returned to training. Everyone decided to chat in the meantime or read something. Hermione and Ginny went to the room to talk more privately.

Ginny: So, is what they said about Sasuke true?

Hermione: I don't know.

Ginny: But he killed a hundred wizards.

Hermione: I know, but... I have to talk to him.

Ginny: That could be dangerous. He could do something to you. I need to warn Luna. After all, he's a Slytherin, and Slytherins always produce dark wizards, even if they are born Muggle-born.

Hermione: But he saved you in the Chamber of Secrets.

Ginny: He only did that for his own benefit. He showed his true colors when he threatened Harry in the Headmaster's office. You remember.

Hermione could only think now of the emo's words: Listen carefully, because I'm not going to repeat myself. If they kill my friends because of you, it won't be Voldemort who kills you; it will be me.

Hermione: We can't send an owl to Luna. The Headmaster said there might be Death Eaters nearby. They won't see the house because of the Fidelius Charm, but it's still suspicious to see owls disappearing when they arrive here.

Ginny: You're right.

To the north of England, several miles from Grimmauld Place, inside a cave, Remus Lupin was awake, completely naked. He quickly put on the clothes he found in the corner of the cave. Looking around, he saw several corpses and injured people. He approached the injured to help them.

Lupin: Are you okay?—he asked while examining the wounds.

When the person opened their eyes, they screamed, STAY AWAY FROM ME, YOU MONSTER! All four survivors yelled for him to back off.

Lupin didn't understand what was happening but stepped back as they began throwing stones.

???: It's good to see you all awake—everyone turned to look in the direction of the voice.

Prisoner 1: WHO ARE YOU? WHERE ARE WE? WHY HAVE YOU PUT US HERE WITH THIS MONSTER?

Aleto: You can't scream or throw stones at your daddy.

Lupin: Daddy? What are you talking about?

Amico: He's just joking—he said, looking at Lupin and starting to laugh.

Lupin looked back at the survivors and realized with horror that their wounds were bite marks.

Lupin: No... no, no, no, this can't be happening—he said while holding his head and kneeling.

Aleto: Looks like we'll have to get rid of the corpses—he said, waving his wand and shouting EVANESCO. The corpses began to disappear, one by one.

Amico: Congratulations on surviving. You're no longer filthy Muggles. Now you're werewolves.

Prisoner 2: WHAT STUPIDITY IS THIS? GET US OUT OF HERE!

Aleto: It seems we have to teach you some manners—he said, waving his wand and shouting CRUCIO. The prisoner began to thrash and scream in pain, while the others started casting Crucio on the other prisoners. They fainted, and Amico took them elsewhere.

Lupin: Kill me, please—he said in desperation. His worst fear had come true: he had bitten someone.

Amico: As much as I'd like to, the Dark Lord gave us clear orders. You're not dying yet. We need more werewolves for our experiments. You should feel honored. You're helping to increase the number of werewolves.

At that moment, Lupin was only crying.

Aleto: This kind of work is boring—he said, casting a Crucio on Lupin, making him scream in pain.

Amico: This kind of work should be done by Snape, but given your history, he would kill you immediately. The Dark Lord can't let that happen because he still has plans for you.

Lupin: Snape...

Aleto: Wormtail told us everything when you almost killed him in your fourth year and how you and your friends made his seven years at Hogwarts a hell.

Amico: We can't take risks, as you are our golden goose.

Lupin: I... I...

Aleto: You know, you always criticize us, claiming you're better than us, but deep down, we're all the same.

Lupin was in shock as he recalled his entire school life.

Aleto: I don't want you to break just yet; otherwise, we wouldn't have any fun.

Amico: Yes, this work would be tedious if we couldn't see the despair in your eyes.

Aleto pointed his wand at Lupin and shouted OBLIVIATE.

Amico: Let's put him in a cell until the next full moon.

Aleto: Yes, let's make sure these Muggles don't die. The Dark Lord has great plans for them.
