As soon as the plane landed at the airport, the Gomez's immediately get off.
Bags in their hands but most of the heavy and big bags were handled by Vince, leaving the light ones to Tricia and their kids.
"Hal, is the car ready?" Vince asked.
"Yes, papa, asked kuya to bring it here po," Halley said referring to their driver, "almost half an hour early before our arrival."
"Good! Thanks, ate."
All of them proceeded outside then found the driver standing right next to the car waiting for them.
Their two goofballs quickly hopped inside leaving their parents outside to put their bags in the back compartment.
"Boss, susi," the driver said then handed the key to Vince.
"Salamat," Vince replied, patted his back then handed him pocket money, "I'll drive the car, pwede ka na umuwi."
The man thanked him while he helped the couple with their bags before leaving them.
"Hon, did you put everything inside? Wala ka nang nakalimutan?" Tricia asked as she checks all the bags.
"Wait, hon, I think I left it in my bag."
"Alin?" She asks him.
Vince didn't reply to her and just searched the bags, Tricia got curious and so she helped him.
"Huy, ano ba yun, hon?"
Still not responding to her.
"Hon, anong hahanapin?"
He suddenly grinned then glanced at Tricia who was still searching their bags. He walked closer then without a word, he pecked in her cheeks.
"What's that for?" Tricia smiles.
"I want you to wear this."
Vince held her hands then slowly slid a ring in her finger, it wasn't just any ring, it was their wedding band.
"Hon," Tricia unexpectedly shed a tear, she remembers returning it to him when she left. She had no idea he kept it.
"I told you last night, I want us to wear this honey," Vince brought her hand to his lips.
"I thought you're only joking, hon!" She playfully hit his arms.
"I lost you twice. Hindi ko na hahayaang maulit pa 'yun, hon."
She pulled a smile again then cups his face, planted a soft kiss on his cheeks too then hugs him, "I love you."
"I love you too," he kisses her temple.
Vince closes the back compartment, held Tricia's hand intertwined as they both hopped inside the car. As usual, Vince was sitting at the driver's seat, Tricia beside him, then their two goofballs were comfortably sitting in the backseat.
"Saan tayo for dinner? Eat out or bahay na lang and I'll just cook?" Vince asked them.
"Let's eat out na lang, honey, so you don't have to cook. I'm sure pagod ka na rin," Tricia held his hand.
