It was late in the morning and yet Vince got no energy for the day, he had his coffee beside him but it was no use.
Still no reply, he sighed after checking his phone from his hand.
Vince had been worried sick since last night after not getting any reply from Tricia, he even went in their village.
Unfortunately, guards didn't let him pass and told him they got an order.
He was sure it was Greg who told them so.
*calling - Drei*
"Vince, bro?"
"Yes, Drei?"
"We're here at their village, hawak na namin yung search warrant and waiting na lang for the access from the village owner."
"Bakit hindi kayo dumiretso na sa loob? May search warrant na kayo."
"Mukhang walang tao sa bahay kaya village owner lang ang may access."
No, it can't be, Vince sighed.
"Walang tao?" He confirmed.
"Mukhang wala, kanina pa kami rito, and walang nag bubukas ng gate. Even yung mga guards hindi sinasabi sa'min kung nandito ba sila o umalis."
No, no, Vince clenched his fist, "update me once you get inside."
Vince didn't wait for Andrei's response as he ended the call and dialed Emman, a couple of rings before he answered.
"Bro?" Emman asked.
"Are you in the a—"
"Yes, Vince, nandito kami ni Audrey sa airport. We're checking them here since last night, naka-alert na rin ang mga security."
"Salamat, bro."
"No problem, bro. Audrey wants to talk to you pala."
"Okay, sige."
Vince waited.
"Kuya?" Audrey speak.
"Yes, Auds?"
"Have you talk to Tricia ba? Baka kasi we are making this a big deal but then what if sumama naman pala siya ng k—"
"No. She wouldn't do that, Auds, settled na kami about dyan."
"Are you sure, kuya? Last time I heard that from you, mali ka."
"C'mon, Auds, I don't need that negativity right now. Ang gusto ko, malaman kung nasaan ang mag-ina ko."
"Don't get me wrong, kuya. Ako rin, I've been wanting them to come back to you and Hal. Pero hindi mo rin ako masisisi if I have concluded that way."
"She wouldn't do that, Auds."
"She had done it before."
"Not this time, sigurado ako."
Vince could hear his sister sighed and knew she passes back the phone to Emman.
"Pasensya ka na kay Audrey, bro. Pagod lang 'yun. She's been worried since last night. But believe me, gusto niya talagang mahanap sila Adan."
"Ayos lang, alam ko naman. Kilala ko 'yun. I know she still has issues with Tricia."
The two had few more exchanges of info's and updates before they decided to end their call.
