June 2005
London, England (June 19 - 08:00 am)
As the bright yellow sun rises above the blue skies of London, little Abbey woke up with her sweetest smile.
She quickly gets up from bed wore her cotton indoor slippers and made it to her bathroom for her morning routine.
Once done, Abbey exited her room then rushed down in excitement as she takes the stairs.
"Sweetie, don't run." Her mother, Tricia, quickly approached her then scooped her up from the floor. "Didn't we tell you not to run on the stairs?"
Tricia started checking Abbey, since she has HCM they never allowed her to ran around the house. It will be too risky for her condition.
"Sorry mum, I get a little excited." She apologized by giving her mommy a hug on the neck then kisses her chin.
"You still know how mommy likes it!" She slightly chuckled while gently pinching her daughter's nose. "Good Morning, baby."
"Good Morning, mum. I'm not a baby anymore, I'm turning 7 today."
Abbey's mommy could only grin at her after she said those words.
Shortly after that, they both head to the kitchen and find a man already cooking for their breakfast.
"Good Morning, dad!" Abbey excitedly greeted him while reaching for a kiss and a hug.
Since Tricia was still carrying Abbey in her arms, she quickly walked towards Greg so the little kid can hug her daddy.
"Good Morning, baby." Her father greeted her back as they exchanged their sweet hugs and a kiss on the forehead.
"Again, not a baby. I'm turning 7." Abbey frowned at them while crossing her little arms above her chest.
"You'll always be our baby, right mommy?" Greg smiled at them before he slightly tickles their daughter. "Now, go with mommy to the dining table."
"Wait, want me to help you?" Tricia asked him smiling.
"I'm almost done, no worries. Just wait for me on the table, I'll serve this soon." Greg answered.
Before Tricia take her steps towards the table, Greg suddenly reached her for a quick kiss.
"What was that for?" Tricia asked him, smiling.
"Do I need a reason to kiss my wife?" Greg asked her back while grinning.
Tricia giggles a little before speaking, "c'mon finish cooking so we can have breakfast now."
"Yes ma'am, absolutely." Greg saluted to them making Abbey giggles too, he suddenly pulled them for a quick embrace.
