chapter twelve;

Roger's POV

After I helped Maddie with her bag, I headed over to my room, which was right next to hers. I feel like I need to be there for her at all times. I really liked her, she's not like any other girl I've met. She's different from the rest. I heard a loud banging on my door. I answered it only to see Fred waiting impatiently.

"Band meeting. My room, now." He said as he went to go get Deaky.

I headed over to his room to see Brian propping the door open. I walked in and sat on the edge of the bed and waited for Fred. A few seconds later Deaky walked in, with Fred right behind him.

"What's all this about?" I asked.

"What do you guys think about Maddie?" Freddie asked.

"She's really sweet. I'm glad she came with us on tour." Brian said.

"Yeah she's funny as well, quite the jokester." Deaky laughed.

I froze, they knew we were talking and we had been on a few dates. They all looked at me for an answer.

"I like her a lot. She's beautiful and stunning as well. I'm glad that Fred got me to go on that date with her because I don't regret it like I thought I would," I stated.

"Woah darling, I don't need your life story," Feddie started, " But how would you all feel if we put her on our staff team?"

I beamed. "What would she do?" I asked. Brian and Deaky also looked excited.

"Well, she's really good at makeup. She's helped me with it when we played at pubs. I thought she could be our new official makeup artist. I know her really well, and I would like for her to get some extra cash y'know? I'm still going to spoil her of course, but she needs some extra cash in her purse. She's been looking for a job for a while now, but has been unsuccessful." He said. He made a really good point, and I was more than happy with her being on our team.

"I say we should go for it." Deaky said excitedly.

"We're in." Brian and I said in unison.

"Let's go share the news with her darlings."
