chapter one hundred eighty six;

November 15, 1978

"Are you sure you want to come mum?" Roger asked Winnie as we packed our stuff into her car.

"Yes, I did. And you already said that Jim guy agreed to buy me my own separate room," she said.

"I'm just making sure. Besides, you're going to be away from dad and Clare for almost a year. Did you at least say your goodbyes well?" He asked.

She nodded and shut the back of her car. She put Ben in his seat while I did the same for Holly. I was going to have to sit in the middle, which I was perfectly fine with. Veronica's already come to pick up Princess, which she is also such a huge help.

"Alright are you ready to go petal?" Roger asked as him and Winnie climbed in the front.

"Yes, we can go." I said.

And with that Winnie was off, we were planning on meeting the boys there.

"My babies are getting so big," I said as I looked at both the twins.

"Indeed they are love," Roger said as he looked at me.

12:00 pm

"Wait so you're telling me that we are going to start in North America then save Europe for last?" I asked Freddie as I hugged him in the airport.

"Yes darling, it'll be easier because we would be closer to home by the end of the tour," he said.

"Wait wait, are we taking that private jet Jim invested in for us?" Brian asked.

"Yes, he said it would be good especially if we are taking the twins," Deaky said.

Paul came up behind Freddie with a smug smirk on his face. God damn, I didn't even want to look at his face.

"We should get going," I said. The others agreed as we made our way to the plane slot Queen had their private jet in. Who knows how much they have to pay for that.

A few minutes later.

"Here Maddie, set the twins down right there. I'll watch them and you two can sleep talk or do whatever," Winnie said.

"You really are a huge help, thank you so much Winnie," I said as I wrapped my arms around her.

"Oh it's not a problem, I love my grandchildren," she said proudly.

She sat them down on a couch with a few pillows. Roger and I went to sit on two chairs facing each other.

"So what do you think?" Roger asked.

"About what?"

"The plan, I think it's good. Besides, we'll have almost a year to ourselves," Roger beamed.

"I like it a lot, I really do. I think it's a good idea." I smiled.

Roger wrapped his arms around me and buried his face in my hair as he sat me in his lap.

"Rog- not in front of your mum-" I said at realization.

"Oh right, maybe in the hotel room," he smirked.

"Oh maybe whenever you decide to start using condoms," I joked quietly.

"But they're uncomfortable," he groaned.

"Well either you learn to wear condoms or I go on birth control. I can't be popping out babies here and there," I teased.

"The bigger the better," Roger protested.

"Bigger the hospital bills, bigger the house, bigger the baby bills, and bigger the everything. Do you really want that?" I asked.

"Not now, but like you said if the twins grow older then maybe we could have more kids," he said quietly.

"Wow so you really were sober when I said that," I said as I shifted positions to straddle Roger's waist.

I ran my fingers through his hair as I admired his ocean eyes. He put his hands on my hips as he brought his lips to my neck.

"Quit making out you lovebirds," Brian scoffed.

"Your kids are in here my darlings, they shouldn't see that," Freddie said as he picked up Ben.

"They're too young to understand our love for each other," Roger said as he looked into my eyes.

I then brought my lips to his which seemed to disgust everyone. Although they were cheering for us at one point, so I don't see why they can't still cheer for us.

Roger and I ended up breaking into a passionate kiss. Neither of us wanted to back away, so it lasted for a while.
