Natsu and Connor throw Pokéballs, and they open. Rillaboom comes out of the one Connor threw, and Silvally comes out of the one Nastu threw. The first Pokéball on both sides of the scoreboard shine red and white
Rillaboom: Boom!
Silvally: Silvally!
Announcer: Connor's first Pokémon is Rillaboom, and Natsu's first Pokémon is Silvally!
Ref: Battle begin!
Natsu: Use Multi Attack!
Silvally runs with Multi Attack
Connor: Dodge it!
Rillaboom jumps Silvally before it swings its claws
Natsu: Don't let it get away! Use Ice Fang!
Silvally turns and jumps to Rillaboom with Ice Fang. Silvally bites Rillaboom's leg and freezes the leg
Rillaboom: Boom!
Silvally lands on its feet, Rillaboom on his back. Rillaboom uses a stick to try and break it
Announcer: Silvally lands a super effective Ice Fang, and froze Rillaboom's leg!
Natsu: Now use Outrage!
Silvally's eyes glow red, and hits Rillaboom into the air. Silvally jumps to it, then kicks Rillaboom to the ground, the ice shatters, Rillaboom jumps onto its feet and roars, Silvally lands on its feet and becomes confused
Connor: Our turn. Use Drum Beating!
Rillaboom beats its drum and vines rise from the ground
Natsu: Silvally!
Silvally bangs its head on the ground, removing the confusion
Natsu: Flamethrower!
Silvally: Vally!
Silvally uses Flamethrower and burns the vines, then hits Rillaboom. Rillaboom breathes heavy
Connor: Not bad. Rillaboom return.
Connor gets Rillaboom in its Pokéball, and takes out his second
Announcer: Looks like Rillaboom will be taking a break.
Connor: Rhyperior, go!
Connor throws it and Rhyperior comes out
Rhyperior: Perior!
Announcer: Connor's second Pokémon is Rhyperior!
Natsu: Use Ice Fang!
Silvally runs to Rhyperior with Ice Fang
Connor: Draw it in!
Rhyperior holds its arms out, and Silvally gets close
Connor: Rock Wrecker!
Rhyperior makes two large boulders in its hands, and hits Silvally on its sides. The rocks turn to dust, and Silvally falls down
Natsu: Silvally!
Silvally: Vally....
Ref: Silvally is unable to battle! Rhyperior wins!
The crowd cheers
Announcer: With a single strike, Connor takes the first win!
The Pokéball on Natsu's side turns dark on the scoreboard
