Leah: This is where alot of trainers from the neighborhood come and battle. The big kids name is Tim, the best in the neighborhood. Think you can beat him?
Nate: Easy.
Nate begins walking over to the battlefield
???: Out of the way, losers, let a pro show you how It's done.

Tim: Who are you?
???: The name's Sai. Better take a good look at me, because I'll send you home crying!
Tim: Hope you're good at double battles. Starmie, Haunter, lets go!
Tim throws two pokeballs, a Haunter and Starmie stand side by side
Sai: Not bad. Pawniard, Metang, lets go!
Sai throws his two pokeballs, Pawniard and Metang side by side
Leah: I'll act as referee. Battle begin!
Sai: Weaklings first.
Tim: Alright then! Fusion!
Tim puts a glove with a stone on the top, a bright red light shines from the stone, Haunter and Starmie glow red and begin to fuse
Staunter: Staunt!
Staunter floats above Sais pokémon. It has Haunters body shape and mouth, Starmies body color and gem for eyes
Sai: Pathetic. Guillotine and Metal Claw!
Metang pulls back, and Pawniard gets ontop of Metangs claws become long and sharp, as did Pawniards. Metang soars at a high speed, hitting Staunter hard, and Pawniard slashes down the middle of the fusion
Tim: No!
Staunter separates, Starmie and Haunter land on the ground with loud thuds
Leah: Starmie and Haunter are both unable to battle, so the match goes to Sai.
Tim: You two were awesome, take a good rest.
Tim gets both his pokémon back in their balls, and runs away crying
Sai: Hahaha! What a waste of their strength.
Nate stands where Tim was
Nate: I call next. I just got off a flight and my pokémon need a work out before we go and meet the Ragers.
Totodile and Raboot stand infront Pawniard and Metang
Sai: I've never battled a Galarian pokémon before, so why not? Bring it. Let's see if you have what it takes to battle with the Ragers.
Nate: The name's Nate Ketchum, I'm from Vermillion City in the Kanto Region.
