Sai and Omega stand on opposite sides of the battlefield. Omega wears a Dynamax Band on his right wrist, and a Fusion Gauntlet on his left wrist. Sai wears a chain necklace with a Keystone in it, and a Fusion Gauntlet on his right wrist
Announcer: The last time Sai and Omega battled was in the World Tournament when they were just ten years old, and Omega had won.
Sai: Hope you're ready.
Omega: You'll be loosing your second star.
Sai: No I won't.
Ref: Please bring out your Pokémon! Three! Two! One!
Omega and Sai: Go!
They throw Pokéballs
Omega: Urshifu!
Sai: Metagross!
Metagross and Urshifu come out of the Pokéballs
Metagross: Meta!
Urshifu: Shifu!

Omega: Hmph. You actually thought I'd use one of my Dragon Types against your Steel Types? I want this battle to be just as short as our last battle.

Ref: Battle begin!
Sai places a Pokéball in the Fusion Gauntlet and it fires a red beam. The beam touches Metagross and Metagross glows
Sai: Fusion!
Metagross: Meta!
