Someone named Black_Shadow_Rose requested this so who am I to refuse? You guys ready for some storytime action?

You sigh, walking past everybody in the hallway. You didn't really care about many people. Everybody was selfish. It's how humans were wired, it's how monsters adapted to be. Selfish. Even though they strongly defy this claim, it's true. Even you were selfish.

No matter what, everything has a very selfish intention behind it. Even such a selfless emotion as love or compassion is very selfish, very selfish indeed. You hated selfishism. Is that a word? Well, it expresses the subject you hate. That's why you diverted from most acts, trying to be selfless as possible. That's why you don't convey most emotion. Exspecially something as selfish as love, as selfish of wanting someone to be yours and yours alone.

But, resistance is futile. Love always finds its way into everyone's hearts at least in one point in their life. You were no expecting to Cupid's rule. There was this monster boy, this skeleton boy, that you couldn't help but want to take away from everyone and just hold in an embrace. But he was one of the most popular boys. You couldn't be so selfish to take him away from everybody. So you hid your feelings even more than now.

His name? Oh. Your crush is Paperjam. PJ for short. Son of the gym coach Error and the art teacher Ink. Star of the basketball team and the sexiest bastard of all sexy bastards. Ask any girl or gay guy in the school. He makes lesbians straight and guys gay he's that sexy. And you're thinking this with a straight face FYI.

So you just walk passed everyone, not wanting to be selfish. You didn't want to take up anyone's time that didn't want you to take up their time. Always thinking of others. Always wishing to be selfless unlike your own biological wiring indicates.

"Hey! You!"

Someone grabbed your wrist and turned you around. You mean with the eyecokets of the only person who made you want to be selfish. PJ was standings there, looking into your eyes. No matter how hard you tried to hide it, your heart started beating a little faster. Luckily, it wasn't noticable.

"You're the kid who's always at my games, arentcha?"

PJ remembered that This person was always in the crowd, cheering him on. Even when he was at away games or when nobody wanted to show up, this person was always in the crowd with the same exact little poster saying go PJ! UnderHigh believes in you! In sparkly letters and a bright smile on their face. Honestly it gave him confidence when he needed it. A small gesture goes a long way to this Jock.

"Oh. Yeah. I guess I've been to every basketball game."

This kid was way calmer than he thought. He smiled wide at you and held out his hand. Yeah, real cheesy going for the handshakes. Whatever. Don't like it, fite me m8. Square up. Let's go. Right now. PJ is feeling cliché so let him be cliché!

"Nice to officially meet ya. The name's PJ as you know."

You look at his hand a moment. If you take his hand, would it be selfish or selfless? Well, he is asking for a handshake, but if you take his hand you won't know if anyone else wants it. Okay you're overthinking a handshake. You Shake his hand.

"I'm (Your name)."

After a quick hand shake he reaches into the pocket of his letterman's jacket. He pulled out a slip of paper and a pen. He smirked at you and he handed you both of these items. You looked so confused he had to explain.

"I want you to write down your number and give it to me at lunch, 'Kay?"

You froze. He wants your number? Well, if he's asking for it that's selfless. Or are you making excuses just to be selfish and take his number so you can call him and take his time up and just end up being a burden?! You take a deep breath before nodding, keeping the composure in your voice.

"Of course. See you around PJ."

Like that, you both walked your separate directions. You calmly walked to your next class where you sat in your desk. You looked at the paper with your pen in hand. You didn't write anything down yet.

He wants your number, he asked for this. This isn't selfish. Yet, why does it seem like this is? You do want him to call you, but you don't want to take his time from anyone else but he wants to call you.

With a shaken pen, you print your number down on the paper.

Was this good? I'm not good at kuudere and I wanted to make sure the reader has a reason to act that way. This is really bad. Sorry.
