Y/N answered the door, confused. She had just gotten a knock, and she was sure Kawaki would be calling her back any minute now. She opened the door, surprised. Sasuke was looking at her, flashing her his signature smirk. "FUCK!" Y/N muttered, slamming the door shut in his face. Then she froze, realizing what she did. She quickly opened it again, giving him a small smile. "Hi Baby!" Y/N smiled, clearing her throat. He looked incredulously shocked at her actions.

"Are you good?" Sasuke entered the room. "Did I scare you that much?" He teased her, shutting the door behind him. Y/N shook her head no, trying not to panic. "Naruto leant me chakra so I can come back and surprise you. He told me it would be better then a stupid apology letter." Sasuke waved his hands lightly. "So surprise."

Y/N stared blankly. "Hi." She gave him a wave. Sasuke frowned at her, trying to enter further into the apartment.

"I can stay for a while babe, I figured you'd be more happier than that." Sasuke teased her, trying to side step her. Y/N turned in front of him, hugging him tightly.

"Of course I'm happy." Y/N said lightly. Her eyes widened as she hugged him. The kitchen was set up for lunch for two already.

"You look beautiful. Where were you today?" Sasuke asked, cupping her chin so she could look at him. "You always look beautiful without trying." Sasuke complimented her. Y/N gave a pretty smile, grinning widely.

"Thank you for coming to see me, baby." Y/N said nicely.

"So you're not mad at me anymore?" Sasuke asked her, leaning down to poke her forehead. "I'm going to grab the dobe's apple before we leave." Sasuke groaned. "He forgot to pack food. This is what happens when we leave without you." Sasuke rolled his eyes lightly, trying to step around her.

"I'll get it honey, you take a seat." Y/N smiled, pulling him over to the living room. Sasuke shook his head, looking towards the kitchen.

"That smells good, what are you making?" Sasuke asked. "I'm gonna steal some."

"No!" Y/N whined, pushing him to sit down. "I'll make you guys some extra, just stay out of my kitchen. I'm working on something." She insisted. Sasuke threw his hands up, playing along.

"Is it something sexy for me?" Sasuke asked, a mischievous grin on his face. Y/N walked away, giving him a warning look.

"Sure." Y/N muttered. She quickly started to throw some extras into a bowl. "How's the mission going?"

"Good, we miss you." Sasuke smirked, putting his feet up on the couch. "It's cold in the Land of Iron." He twiddled his thumbs. "You never answered me, where'd you go today?" He called out to her.

"I went to breakfast with our friends. I saw the girls and some of the guys too. Neji had to go on a mission." Y/N explained, sealing the containers tightly. "So it's just going to be Hinata and me I guess." Y/N started to walk back to Sasuke, but froze. The necklace around her neck was throbbing again. She quickly took it off and threw it to the counter. "Are you ready to go?" Y/N called out, a small smile as she entered the room. Sasuke gave her a hungry look.

"Are you kidding me? I'm not leaving until I spend at least an hour with you." Sasuke winked at her. "Besides that dress looks way better on the floor."

"Sasuke I'm busy." Y/N frowned, passing him the leftovers. Sasuke put them to the side, ignoring her.

"Define busy." Sasuke grabbed her by the waist, lurching her forward so she was straddling him. "Because we should be getting busy so I can hurry up and get back to my mission." He bopped her on the forehead. Y/N gave him an unamused look. Then a lightbulb went off in her head.
