It had always been Renjun and Chenle who were inseparable, and Jaemin had gravitated towards Jeno and Jisung. Yangyang, on the other hand, had his own circle of friends within the group. NCT was a vast and diverse collective, and despite their shared passion for music and performance, not everyone could be close friends.

But on this sunny day in 2020, something shifted. As the NCT members divided into teams for the upcoming games, Yangyang found himself paired up with Jaemin.
